VIA Cups are pre-sterilised for immediate use. Re-sterilise cups, lids and adaptors
before each subsequent use so they can be used again.We recommend using
VIA Cups several times and to discard when showing signs of wear and tear. Expressed
breast milk can be stored in the fridge for up to 48 hours (not in the door) or freezer for
up to 3 months. Neverrefreeze breast milk or add fresh breast milk to already frozen
milk. Food can be stored in the fridge for up to 48 hours or freezer for up to 3 months.
Label the content and date using a marker or pencil.VIA has twist on lids to provide
leakproof storage and transport.
For your child’s safety and healthWARNING! • Before first use, clean the product. After
every use, takeall items apart, wash and rinse thoroughly. Steriliseusing a Philips AVENT
Steriliser or boil for 5 minutes.This is to ensure hygiene • Always use this product with
adult supervision • Neveruse feeding teats as a soother• Continuous and prolonged
sucking of fluids willcause toothdecay • Always check food temperature before feeding
• Keep all components not in use out of the reachof children• Do not leave a feeding teat
indirect sunlight or heat when not inuse,or leave in disinfectant (“sterilising solution”)
forlonger than recommended,asthis may weakenthe teat • Beforeeach use, inspect the
product.Throw away at the first signof damage or weakness • During inspection of teats
pull the feeding teat in all directions • DO NOT warmcontentsin a microwave oven as this
may cause uneven heating and could scald yourbaby • Wash your hands thoroughly and
ensure surfaces are clean before contact with sterilised components• DO NOT use abrasive
cleaning agents or anti-bacterial cleaners • Excessive concentrations of detergents may
eventually cause plastic components to crack. Shouldthis occur, replaceimmediately
• Dishwasher safe – food colourings may discolourcomponents • Forhygienereasons,
we recommend replacing teats/spouts after 3 months • Always assemble teats when
wet • Do not overtightenteat assembly onbottle• Keep teats ina dry, covered container
• DO NOT allow child to play with small partsor walk/run while using bottles or cups
• Drinks otherthanmilkor water, such as fruit juicesand flavoured sugary drinksarenot
recommended. If they areused, theyshould be welldiluted andonlyusedforlimited periods,
not constantly sipped• VIAis suitable for all methods of sterilisation • Avoidplacing
unnecessarypressure whenlidsare in place• The content will heat fasterinVIA Cups
than instandard feeding bottles/containers • Spoonis suitableforuse 6+ months.
