BEFORE THE FIRST USE
• Take the appliance andaccessoriesoutthebox.Removethe
stickers,protective foilorplasticfrom thedevice.
• Place the device on a flat stable surface and ensure a minimum of 10
cm. free space around the device. This device is not suitable for
installation in a cabinet or for outside use.
• Before using your appliance for the first time, wipe off all removable parts
with a damp cloth. Never use abrasive products.
• Putthepower cable intothe socket.(Note: Make surethe voltagewhich
is indicated on the devicematchesthe localvoltage beforeconnecting
the device.Voltage220V-240V~ 50/60Hz).
USE
• To get the best results, we recommend using eggs at room temperature.
• There is a scale on the measuring cup, which shows the necessary
amount of water based on the number of eggs and the desired degree of
hardness.
• Use the measuring cup to get the amount of cold water required.
• Pour the water into the water container, make sure that no water
overflows the housing.
• Pierce the blunt end of the eggs with the piercer (on the measuring cup).
• Place the eggs into the holder and put it with the lid on top unto the egg
cooker.
• Push the on/off button to switch on the egg cooker. The indicator light
illuminates.
• The heating plate begins to warm up the water.
• The eggs are being boiled now.
• Do not remove the lid from the egg cooker until the boiling cycle is
finished, note that the parts of the egg cooker are very hot during use
and for some time after use.
• Be careful not to come into contact with the hot steam, risk ofWarning:
burns!
• A buzzer signals when the eggs are ready and the indicator light goes
out.
• Press the on/off button to turn off the egg cooker and allow the appliance
to cool down.
• Carefully lift the lid. Remove the egg-holder together with the eggs from
the appliance and rinse them under cold tap water.
• You can serve the eggs now.
• In spite of using the same amount of water and number of eggs,Note:
the hardness of the eggs can vary somewhat. This depends on the
respective size of the eggs. We advise to use medium eggs and keep
them on room temperature for the best result.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
• Before cleaning, unplug the appliance and wait for the appliance to cool
down.
• Clean the appliance with a damp cloth. Never use harsh and abrasive
cleaners, scouring pad or steel wool, which damages the appliance.
• After use of the appliance, stains may be visible on the surface due to
heat, which are lime residues. Use a small amount of descaling product
added with water to easily remove the stains. Place this mixture into the
water container, leave it for approx. 30 minutes and then pour it out. Do
not boil this mixture in the appliance. Wipe the water container out with a
moist cloth and then dry it off.
• Never immerse the electrical appliance in water or any other liquid. The
appliance is not dishwasher proof.
ENVIRONMENT
This appliance should not be put into the domestic garbage at the
end of its durability, but must be offered at a central point for the recycling
of electric and electronic domestic appliances. This symbol on the

VOORAFGAAND AAN HET EERSTE GEBRUIK
• Haal het apparaat en de accessoires uit de doos.Verwijder de stickers,
de beschermfolie of het plastic van het apparaat.
• Plaats het apparaat op een vlakke, stabiele ondergrond. Zorg voor
minimaal 10 cm vrije ruimte rondom het apparaat. Dit apparaat is niet
geschikt voor inbouw of gebruik buitenshuis.
• Veeg voor het eerste gebruik van het apparaat alle afneembare
onderdelen af met een vochtige doek. Gebruik nooit schurende
producten.
• Sluit de voedingskabel aan op het stopcontact.(Opmerking: Controleer
of het voltage op het apparaat overeenkomt met de plaatselijke
netspanning voordat u het apparaat aansluit.Voltage 220-240V,
50-60Hz).
GEBRUIK
• Voor de beste resultaten is het raadzaam om eieren op
kamertemperatuur te gebruiken.
• Op de maatbeker vindt u indicatiestreepjes waarmee wordt aangegeven
hoeveel water nodig is op basis van het aantal eieren en de gewenste
hardheid.
• Meet de gewenste hoeveelheid koud water af met behulp van het
maatbekertje.
• Giet het water in het waterreservoir. Zorg ervoor dat het waterniveau niet
hoger komt dan de behuizing.
• Prik de eieren aan de stompe kant in met de eierprikker (op de
maatbeker).
• Zet de eieren in de eierinzet en plaats dit samen met de deksel op het
onderste gedeelte.
• Druk op de aan/uit-knop om de eierkoker in te schakelen. Het
indicatorlampje gaat branden.
• Het water wordt opgewarmd met de verwarmingsplaat.
• De eieren worden nu gekookt.
• Verwijder het deksel pas van de eierkoker als de kookcyclus is voltooid.
Delen van de eierkoker worden erg heet tijdens gebruik en blijven dat na
gebruik ook nog enige tijd.
• Vermijd contact met de hete stoom om brandwonden teWaarschuwing:
voorkomen.
• Er klinkt een zoemer wanneer de eieren gereed zijn. Het indicatorlampje
gaat uit.
• Druk op de aan-uitknop om de eierkoker uit te schakelen. Laat het
apparaat afkoelen.
• Neem de deksel af en pak de eierinzet met de eieren van het
ondergedeelte. Laat de eieren onder koud water “schrikken”
• U kunt de eieren nu serveren.
• De hardheid van de eieren kan enigszins verschillen, ook alOpmerking:
gebruikt u dezelfde hoeveelheid water en eieren. De hardheid is
afhankelijk van het formaat van de eieren. Het wordt aanbevolen om
eieren van gemiddeld formaat te gebruiken en deze op
kamertemperatuur te bewaren.
REINIGING EN ONDERHOUD
• Haal voor het schoonmaken de stekker uit het stopcontact en wacht tot
het apparaat afgekoeld is.
• Reinig het apparaat met een vochtige doek. Gebruik nooit agressieve en
schurende schoonmaakmiddelen, schuursponsjes of staalwol, die het
apparaat beschadigen.
• Na gebruik van het apparaat kunnen er door de warmte vlekken ontstaan
op het oppervlak van het apparaat. Dit zijn kalkresten. Met een kleine
hoeveelheid ontkalker en wat water kunt u de vlekken eenvoudig
verwijderen. Doe dit mengsel in het waterreservoir, laat het circa
30minuten staan en giet het mengsel weg. Kook dit mengsel niet in het
apparaat. Veeg het waterreservoir af met een vochtige doek en maak het
reservoir droog.
• Dompel het elektrische apparaat nooit onder in water of andere
vloeistoffen. Het apparaat is niet vaatwasserbestendig.
MILIEU
Dit apparaat mag aan het einde van de levensduur niet bij het
normale huisafval worden gedeponeerd, maar moet bij een speciaal
inzamelpunt voor hergebruik van elektrische en elektronische apparaten
worden aangeboden. Het symbool op het apparaat, in de
gebruiksaanwijzing en op de verpakking attendeert u hierop. De in het
apparaat gebruikte materialen kunnen worden gerecycled. Met het
recyclen van gebruikte huishoudelijke apparaten levert u een belangrijke
bijdrage aan de bescherming van ons milieu. Informeer bij uw lokale
overheid naar het inzamelpunt.

AVANT LA PREMIÈRE UTILISATION
• Sortez l'appareil et les accessoires hors de la boîte.Retirez les
autocollants, le film protecteur ou le plastique de l'appareil.
• Mettez l'appareil sur une surface stable plate et assurez un dégagement
tout autour de l'appareil d'au moins 10 cm. Cet appareil ne convient pas
à une installation dans une armoire ou à un usage à l'extérieur.
• Avant la première utilisation de votre appareil, essuyez toutes les pièces
amovibles avec un chiffon humide. N’utilisez jamais de produits abrasifs.
• Branchez le câble d'alimentation sur la prise.(Remarque: Assurez-vous
que la tension indiquée sur l'appareil correspond à la tension locale
avant de brancher l'appareil,220-240V~ 50/60Hz).
UTILISATION
• Pour obtenir les meilleurs résultats, nous recommandons d'utiliser des
œufs à température ambiante.
• Le verre doseur est gradué pour indiquer la quantité d'eau nécessaire en
fonction du nombre d'œufs et du degré de cuisson souhaité.
• Mesurer la quantité d’eau avec le doseur d’eau gradué.
