WARNINGS
This appliance is intended for domesc household use only and should not be used for any other
purpose or in any other applicaon, such as for non-domesc use or in a commercial environment.
This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or
mental capabilies, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or
instrucons concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly
qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
Switch off the appliance and disconnect from supply before changing accessories or approaching parts
that move in use.

OPERATION
CAUTION: Always unplug the appliance from the mains socket before inserng or removing the blades.
Before first use, wash the blades in hot soapy water. Rinse and dry them thoroughly.
1. Slide the rivet on one blade into the keyhole slot on the other blade.
WARNING: The blades are very sharp, handle with care.
2. Hold the safety guards and insert the blades into the handle unl a click is heard.
Check each blade is locked in place by gently pulling on the guard to ensure the blades do not come
out.
3. Place the food to be sliced on a cung board.
4. Plug the appliance into the mains socket.
5. Press the safety lock buon then press the power buon to slice.
Blades should stay parallel to the cung surface.
The knife can be operated without interrupon for a maximum of 7 minutes. Allow to cool to room
temperature before further use.
CLEANING
Before cleaning, disconnect the appliance from the mains socket and carefully remove the blades.
To remove the blades, press and hold the blade release buons and slowly pull the blades out of knife
handle.
