Operation/Maintenance/Service

WARNING:

All systems contain chlorodiuoromethane (HCFC-22) or a hydro-uorocarbon

blend (HFC-407C). HCFC-22 is believed to harm the public health and environment

by destroying ozone in the upper atmosphere. Do not release HCFC-22 to

the atmosphere. The U.S. Clean Air Act requires the recovery of any residual

refrigerant.

IMPORTANT: Do not release refrigerant to the atmosphere! If required service

procedures include the adding or removing of refrigerant, the service technician

must comply with all federal, state and local laws. The procedures discussed in

this manual should only be performed by a qualied HVAC technician.
