Brief description
The sE6160 is a compact shotgun microphone designed for a wide range of audio applications. It delivers
pristine sound quality thanks to its handcrafted true condenser capsule, ultra-low-noise electronics, and
transformerless output. Its sophisticated acoustics provide outstanding off-axis rejection and high gain-
before-feedback.
The combination of roadworthy construction and high-quality components create a shotgun mic that is
reliable, even in challenging live environments. The switchable low-cut filters eliminate rumble or footfall
noise, while also compensating for proximity effect. High sound-pressure-level (SPL) handling is achieved
through sophisticated electronic design and switchable attenuation pads. The sE6160 is available as a
matched pair, making it ideal for audience miking and concert recording.!
