Ingredients:
1. Butter - 50gms
2. Powder Sugar- 50gms
3. Flour - 70gms
4. Baking Powder - 1pinch
5. Baking Powder - 1pinch
6. Chocolate chips - 75gms
Description of the dish: A chocolate chip
cookie is a drop type of cookie originated
from United States and features chocolate
chip as its main ingredients.
*Flavourings like dry fruits, white
chocolate can also be used for preparing
these cookies.
*With 4D hot air multiple trays can be
baked at the same time giving a
uniform finish to the baked recipe.
No need to huffle the baking trays at
any point of time.
*This recipe can also be done on
Siemens Oven HB237ABROZ using
3D hot air function. Timings may vary
by additional 5-6 minutes
1. Place the butter, sugar and cream in a large mixing bowl. Cream
together using an electric hand mixer until the mixer is
smooth & fluffy.
2. Add sifted flour, baking powder, baking soda and mix it
together to form a firm dough.
3. Add chocolate chips and mix well.
4. Prepare small cookie shape balls from the dough and place
it on baking tray. Ensure the baking trays are lined with
parchment paper.
5. Pre heat the oven at 165 degrees Celsius by using the rapid
heat function and bake on 4D hot air for 15 to 16 minutes
6. Once baked allow the cookies to cool
