Notes on the radio interface
■Keep the device at least 20 cm away from a pacemaker, as the
proper functioning of the pacemaker could be affected by radio
waves.
■The transmitted radio waves can cause noise interference in hearing
aids.
■Do not use the device with the radio components switched on
in the presence of flammable gases or in a potentially explosive
atmosphere (e.g. in a paint shop), as the transmitted radio waves
can cause an explosion or ignite a fire.
■The range of the radio waves is dependent on the environment
and the ambient conditions.
■Data transmissions via a wireless connection can be intercepted
by unauthorised third parties.
Notes on batteries and rechargeable batteries
DANGER
Mishandling batteries can cause fires, explosions,
leakages or other hazards!
► The hands-free set may only be used with a Li-ion battery, type
BL-5B. Otherwise, there is a risk of fire and/or explosion!
► Keep batteries out of the hands of children.
► Do not leave batteries lying around. There is a risk of them
being swallowed by children or pets. If this happens, consult a
doctor immediately!
► Never short-circuit, dismantle, deform or reverse the polarity
of batteries, and never throw them into a fire. There is a risk of
explosion!
