Limited Lifetime Warranty
This product is covered by a Limited Lifetime
Warranty. Should your product fail under normal
use, Solofill will provide warranty service
pursuant to the terms of Solofill Warranty Policy
for the life of the product. Proof of original
purchase is required for warranty service. Solofill will inspect the product
and in its sole discretion repair or replace free of charge. Under special
circumstances, Solofill may refund or credit the current value of the product
at the time the warranty claim is made. The decision made by Solofill shall
be final and binding upon you. Solofill may refuse out of warranty, and will
charge fees if these services are provided for out-of-warranty products.
Limitations
The O-ring included with this product is considered wear and tear item and
is not covered under this warranty. This Warranty does not apply to any
Solofill product failure caused by accident, abuse, mishandling or improper
usage (including use contrary to the product description or instructions,
outside the scope of the product's intended use, alteration, abnormal
mechanical or environmental conditions (including prolonged exposure to
outdoor environment), or acts of nature. This Warranty shall not apply to
transferees of Solofill products and/or anyone who stands to profit from this
Warranty without Solofill's prior written authorization. This Warranty only
applies to the product itself, and excludes the machine that was used for
the product.
What you must do to obtain Limited Lifetime Warranty Service
Return product, with proof of purchase, using the following procedures:
1. Contact Solofill for specific return and shipping instructions.
2. Label and ship the product, freight prepaid, to the
address provided by Solofill.
3. Place any necessary return authorization number
prominently on the outside of the carton. Cartons not
bearing a return authorization number, where required,
will be refused.

IMPORTANT:
• CAUTION: Solofill V1 may be HOT after
brewing. Please handle with care.
• Do not overfill coffee above the indicated
max. fill level.
• Do not under fill coffee below the filter
screen line.
• Do not tamp or pack the coffee as this may
clog the filter screen.
• Do not use fine Espresso grind as this may
clog the filter screen.
