TELESCOPIC ANTENNA

1. For FM band extend the telescopic rod antenna fully inorder to obtain

the best reception.

2. For AM band reception, the unit is equipped with a built-in ferrite bar

antenna.

For optimum reception, it may be necessary to rotate the unit until clear

reception is received.

PHONE JACK

For private listening connect an earphone (included) with a 3.5mm plug to the

phone jack. The built-in speaker will be automatically disconnected.

POWER SUPPLY

Insert 2 AAA size batteries into the battery compartment at the back of the

unit, make sure they are connected according to the proper polarity.

OPERATION

1. Switch on the unit by rotating the Volume control/Power ON/OFF knob

clockwise. Adjust the Volume control to comfortable listening level.

2. Set the Band switch to the desired radio band FM or AM.

3. Turn the Tuning knob to the desired station.

4. To turn the radio off, rotate the Volume control/Power ON/OFF knob

anti-clockwise until a slight click sound is heard.
