How to play music from TIDAL
Playback does not start. /
The sound is interrupted.
•Depending on the network condition, playback may not be
done properly.
•Depending on the internet environment or the network
congestion, sound may be interrupted or it may take time
for playback to start.
•Change the sound quality setting for “Settings” of
“Technics Music App”. The performance may be improved.

•If the Technics product supporting
TIDAL is playing other input sources,
the input is switched, and the playback
of TIDAL is prioritised.
•Specifications are subject to change for
performance improvement.
•Depending on the country or region,
playback may not be available.

operating the dedicated application “Technics Music App” (free of charge) on your smartphone, tablet, etc.

the latest version. For the update procedure, refer to the operating
instructions.
•Install the latest “Technics Music App” on your device (smartphone,
tablet, etc.). For details, visit:

•Connect the Technics product supporting TIDAL and your device
on which “Technics Music App” has been installed to the network
connected to the internet. For details, refer to their operating
instructions.
1Start “Technics Music App” on your device
(smartphone, tablet, etc.).
2Select “Technics Player” > “TIDAL” as the
music source.
3Log into TIDAL and start playback.
(If you do not have an account) Select “Sign Up”,
and register the account.
•Before using TIDAL, the account registration is
required (paid service).
