memorycontroller,respectively.TheDRCGmultipliesREFCLKanddrivesahigh-speedBUSCLKtoRDRAMs

andthememorycontroller.GearratiologicinthememorycontrollerdividesthePCLKandBUSCLKfrequencies

byratiosMandNsuchthatPCLKM=SYNCLKN,whereSYNCLK=BUSCLK/4.TheDRCGdetectsthephase

differencebetweenPCLKMandSYNCLKNandadjuststhephaseofBUSCLKsuchthattheskewbetween

PCLKMandSYNCLKNisminimized.ThisallowsdatatobetransferredacrosstheSYNCLK/PCLKboundary

withoutincurringadditionallatency.
