USER MANUAL

1. Introduction

Thank you for choosing Toolland. Please read the manual thoroughly before bringing this

device into service. If the device was damaged in transit, do not install or use it and contact

your dealer.

Refer to the Velleman® Service and Quality Warranty on the last pages of this manual.

2. Safety Instructions

Safety gloves are required while operating this machine.

 CAUTION The edges of cut tiles are sharp. –

 Always keep the appliance away from any crash and corrosive liquid.

 This tile-cutting machine is fitted with a replaceable circular blade. Keep the tile cutter and

blade away from children.

 After use, the appliance must be stored in a safe and dry place.

 This appliance is designed for cutting and breaking glazed tile, and shall not be used for

any other purpose.

 When using the appliance, always keep extension leads away from the machine.

 Always place the appliance on a level and firm surface.

3. Operation

1. Place the tile on the cutter bed. Set the guide to the width of the tile.

2. Position the tile-cutter wheel on the base of the tile to be cut.

Score the tile by moving the handle forward away from you while pressing down – –

lightly. K steady pressure for the full length of the tile. eep a

over the score line.

3. Press down slightly applying increasing pressure until the tile snaps. Tip: Press the handle

with one hand and hold the base of the tile with the other.

4. Cleaning and Maintenance

Occasionally wipe with a damp cloth to keep free from dust. Do not use harsh chemicals,

cleaning solvents or strong detergents.

Follow the illustrations below to replace the cutting wheel.
