Navigation 1000 Quick Start Guide
First, insert the SD Memory card into the slot
and press the Power ON/OFF switch. Your
device turns on and displays the “Change
Language” screen.
Complete the language, date, and time
settings.
Be sure to charge the device. At home,
connect the AC adapter to charge the
battery. If charging in a vehicle, first
set up the call holder (see product
manual for further instructions).
Connect the car charger only after the
car engine has been started. (Optional)
When charging the battery for the very
first time, you should charge it for at
least 8 hours.
Press the power button to turn on or
off the device. When you turn on the
device, the Home screen appears. The
Home screen is your starting place for various tasks. Tap a button to start an
application or open another menu screen.
