Use
1. Make sure that theconnected device’s
power consumption does not exceed
theadaptor’s maximum outputpower.
2. Find out which of theprovided DC
connectors fits your product (try them
for size loose).
3. There are two polarities for DC voltage,
positive and negative. TheAC/
DC adaptor is made for devices
with apositive (+) or negative (−)
central conductor. Thepolarity of
theinterchangeable DC connectors can
be reversed to thecorrect polarity.
4. Check thepolarity markings on thepro-
duct you wish to connect, adjust theDC
connectors likethis:
- Negative (−) on thecentrepin:
Turn theDC connector so that
the (−) symbol is seen in front of
theTIPmark.
- Positive (+) on thecentrepin:
Turn theDC connector so that
the (+) symbol is seen in front of
theTIPmark.
5. Make sure that theDC connector
is pressed all theway into thecable
connection.
6. Set thedesired output voltage (3 V/5 V/
6 V/7.5 V/9 V/12 V) using asmall
screwdriver and plug thecable with
thecorrect DC connector on theend
into thesocket of thedevice to be
powered by theadaptor.
7. Connect theadaptor to apower point,
theLED should lightup.
8. Switch on theconnected device.
Warning:
• Thewrong voltage or polarity can
damage theconnected device.
• Only connect devices that have apower
consumption of max 27 W.
• Turn off theconnected device before
connecting/disconnecting theadaptor.
• Do not position theadapter where it is
exposed to moisture orwater.
