2. Proper using instruction

Wearing necessary protective items (such as gloves,

glasses, etc.) when using.

2.1 Before cutting, firstly estimating the main parame-

ters ,such as hardness and diameter . Usually:(1) the

diameter with high hardness should not exceed 2mm,

(2) the diameter with low hardness should not exceed

3mm.

2.2 It is preferred to cut in the middle and back of the

cutting edge, which is safe and labor-saving.

2.3 Carefully cut the front end of the cutting edge,

avoiding forced cutting leading to distortion and damag-

ing of the front end of the cutting edge.

2.4 Be cautious to cut the high temperature steel bar .

2.5 After operation, the blade should be properly

cleaned and lubricated, which is more conducive to the

subsequent operation.

3. Abnormal characteristics of usage

3.1 Strictly prohibit to cut with charged body.

3.2 Strictly prohibit to cut steel nails, steel strand and

other hard items.

3.3 Strictly prohibited to wrench and cut.

3.4 Strictly prohibited to shear medium and high

hardness steel bars at the front end of the cutting edge.

3.5 Strictly prohibited hit other objects as a hammer.

3.6 Minimize emergency overload shear.
