GENERAL
The VC5 Series a 500°F thermostat, Electric Convection Ovens feature 5 hour timer, porcelain
interior and a two-speed, 1/2 blower standard equipment. Ovens equipped HP motor as with
standard voltages are 208 or 60 or equipped 240 V, Hz, single- three-phase. Ovens for 480V,
60 Hz, single- or three-phase electrical specifications are optional.
The VC5 Oven is a single cavity oven furnished with five racks. Independently opening doors are
standard. Oven light with on-off switch is standard.
An open stand with lower storage rack is available as an option.
Stacked ovens furnished with either 426983G1 (8" LEGS) or Kit are Stacking Kit Stacking 426984G1
(CASTER) for mounting one oven on top of the other.
Additional racks are available as accessories.
