III. Installation

1) Findasuitablelocationtosurfacemountinstallthecamera.Makesurethe

camera’sviewisunobstructedandbecarefulnottodrillintoanywiresthatmight

damagethevehicle.Whenallconnectionshavebeenmadeandbefore

mountingthecamera,verifythecameraisworkingandhasgoodviewofthe

area.Thenmountthecameradownwiththesuppliedtwoscrews.

2)ConnecttheREDwiretothe+12voltreversewire

5)Runvideocablethoughvehicle,uptovideomonitor.(Avoidplacing

videocablewhereitcangetpinchedordamaged).

6)AttachtheYELLOWvideorc

atothereversecamerainputoftheradioor

videomonitor;connecttheREDwirecomingfromtheYELLOWvideorca

tothereversetriggerwireontheradioorvideomonitor.

NOTE:Thecameracomeswithtrajectory linesand a mirror image view active.

Ifyouwanttoremovetheparkinglinesorchangetheimageto reverse image,

follow the steps below:

A)Disconnect power to the camera.

B)

Cut the BLUE loop to remove the trajectory parking lines , isolate and tape the wires.

Cut the WHITE loop to get normalimage,isolate and tape the wires.

D)Reconnect power to the camera.

Ifthe trajectory parking linesareneededortheimageneedstogobackto

reverse,justfollowthestepsaboveandreconnectthewires.

3) Connect the BLACK wire to Chassis ground (a metal , non-painted surface).

4) Connect the GREEN wire to the + 12V volt reverse wire.

Control Wires

Blue Loop: cut = turns off trajectory lines

White Loop: cut = display non-mirror images

Green wire: connect to reverse backup light

positive = LED will turn on whenever backup

light is on.

** Monitor trigger ** when reverse backup light comes

on it will trigger the monitor to switch to backup camera.
