Please read theentire instruction manual before using

theproduct and save it for future reference. We reserve

Safety

• Do not use theside handles to lift thecabinet using

rope, chains or similar. If thecabinet is too heavy to lift

by hand, use apallet truck/fork lift and lift thecabinet

from below.

• Do not drag thecabinet around by thehandle; push it

in front of you.

• Theswivel castors and thehandle must be fitted on

thesame side.

• Always use thebrakes when thecabinet is stationary.

• Only open one drawer at atime, heavy drawers can tip

thecabinet over.

• Do not hang heavy items on thecabinet; doing so

could make it instable.

• Do not fasten thecabinet to moveable objects

or vehicles.

• Do not tow thecabinet behind vehicles or other

moveable objects, it can tip over.

• Do not stand on theopen drawers or on top of

thecabinet.

• Thetotal weight contained in adrawer should not

exceed 22.5 kg.

• Thetotal weight of theentire cabinet and contents

must not exceed 450 kg.

• Do not use thecabinet on uneven floors or gradients,

it might tip over or start moving.

Product description

Tool cabinet with 4 wheels (two with brakes) and

7 lockable drawers.

Size: 69×46×85 cm (w×d×h).

Assembly

Side handle

Attach thehandle with

theincluded bolts. Tighten

thebolts properly, but do

not overtighten them.

Fix thewheels to thebase making

sure that theswivel wheels are on

thesame side as thehandle.

Tighten thebolts properly, but do not

overtighten them.

4. Insert thedrawer

by slotting it into

thedrawer slide and

pushing it all theway in.

Locking

1. Close all thedrawers.

2. There is alittle resistance in thedrawers when they are

all theway in. Push thedrawers in so that they are all

right theway to theback of thecabinet.

3. Turn thekey.

4. Check that all thedrawers are locked.

Care and maintenance

• Polish thepaintwork with car wax to protect it from

wear and tear.

• Clean thecabinet using aclean soft cloth and alittle

detergent. Never clean theproduct using solvents or

flammable liquids.

• Regularly lubricate thedrawer slides and wheels with

grease and thelock with oil.

Disposal

Follow local ordinances when disposing of this product.

Wheels

Thewheels and bolts are in thebottom drawer.

Check thecontents:

• 4 wheels; 2 swivel castors with brakes and 2 fixed

without brakes.

• 16 bolts

Removing and inserting drawers

1. Empty thedrawer that is to be removed.

2. Slide it all theway out.

3. Press theleft side plastic tab up and theright side tab

down and hold them there whilst pulling thedrawer

out.
