Creative Zen Air Pro supports both

Ultra-low Latency (ULL) Mode and Classic
Bluetooth
. The earbuds
will attempt to pair in ULL mode when a compatible device is used.
With both earbuds in the charging case, press and hold the
multifunction button on the charging case for 10 seconds to
perform a Master Reset. The charging case LED indicator will
blink green and turn o upon completion.
Master Reset is reserved for cases where users encounter issues
while earbuds are in use or during situations such as:
Bluetooth
Pairing failure, failure to pair secondary earbud with the main
earbud, or to reset all data.
This article highlights a phenomena and recommendation for
music cutting out and earbuds that do not stay connected.
When pairing a smart mobile device with the earbuds, the
signal is strongest when there is a line-of-sight between the
pairing devices.
If the signal passes through the body, which is mostly made
up of water uid, it may get absorbed, which may result in
pairing diculty. If the mobile device is already connected to
the earbuds, it may result in signal lost or the earbuds may
get disconnected.
Unicast mode lets the user wirelessly connect to a compatible
Bluetooth
LE audio receiver to enjoy high-denition audio
streaming on a one-to-one basis.
Broadcast mode allows users to join broadcast streams on
the Creative Zen Air Pro. Users can enter Broadcast mode or
customize button functions to switch streaming modes on the
earbuds via the Creative app.
Note that the broadcast stream is unencrypted and any
supported devices can join the stream if it is within range.

MASTER-RESET
Mit beiden Ohrhörern im Ladeetui drücken und halten Sie die
Multifunktionstaste am Ladeetui 10 Sekunden lang gedrückt, um

product should not be treated as unsorted municipal waste upon
reaching its end of life. Instead it should be taken to separate collection
and recycling schemes. Batteries containing heavy metal content will
have a two-letter symbol for the chemical under the crossed-out
wheeled bin symbol. ‘Cd’ stands for cadmium, ‘Pb’ for lead, and ‘Hg’
for mercury. You can help the environment and avoid public health
hazards by recycling the battery at an authorized recycling facility or
the place of purchase. To nd the nearest authorized recycle centre
contact your local authority. Instructions for removing the battery
can be found in the product user manual. The instructions should be
followed carefully before attempting to remove the battery.
