Function
This accessory is part of the Daikin Home Controls (DHC)
ecosystem and works with a wireless connection. All accessories
of the ecosystem can be congured and controlled comfortably
and individually via the ONECTA app. You can also operate DHC
accessories in conjunction with many partner solutions. The
available functions provided by the ecosystem in combination with
other accessories are described in the DHC Application Guide.
The DHC Room Thermostat enables time-controlled regulation of
your conventional radiators with DHC Radiator Thermostats, or of
your oor heating in combination with DHC Floor Heating Controllers,
and adjusts heating phases to your individual needs.
The DHC Room Thermostat measures the room temperature and
humidity and transmits these at intervals to the DHC Radiator
Thermostats or DHC Floor Heating Controllers enabling room
temperatures to be precisely controlled.
You can comfortably control the DHC Room Thermostat in
combination with a DHC Access Point via the free app.
Thanks to battery operation and radio communication, the Room
Thermostat is highly exible concerning the mounting location.
When selecting the installation location, check for electrical
wires and power supply cables.
Notes for mounting on a ush-mounted box
If the accessory is mounted to a ush-mounted box, there
may be no open conductor ends.
If changes or works have to be made on the house
installation (e.g. extension, bypass of switch or socket
inserts) or the low-voltage distribution for mounting or
installing the accessory, the following safety instruction must
be considered:
Attention! Only to be installed by persons with the relevant
electro-technical knowledge and experience!*
Incorrect installation can put your own life at risk and the lives of
other users of the electrical system. Incorrect installation also means
that you are running the risk of serious damage to property, e.g.
because of a re. You may be personally liable in the event of injuries
or damage to property. Contact an electrical installer!
*Specialist knowledge required for installation: The following
specialist knowledge is particularly important during installation:
• The “5 safety rules” to be used:
Disconnect from mains; Safeguard from switching on again;
Check that system is de-energised; Earth and short circuit;
Cover or cordon o neighbouring live parts;
• Select suitable tools, measuring equipment and, if necessary,
personal safety equipment;
• Evaluation of measuring results;
• Selection of electrical installation material for safeguarding
shut-o conditions;

Funktion
Dieses Zubehör ist Teil des Daikin Home Controls (DHC)-Systems,
das mit einer drahtlosen Verbindung arbeitet. Das gesamte Zubehör
des Systems kann komfortabel und individuell über die ONECTA-App
konguriert und gesteuert werden. Sie können das DHC-Zubehör
auch in Verbindung mit vielen Partnerlösungen bedienen. Alle durch
das System in Kombination mit anderem Zubehör verfügbaren
Funktionen werden im DHC-Anwendungsleitfaden beschrieben.
Der DHC-Raumthermostat ermöglicht eine zeitgesteuerte
Regulierung Ihrer konventionellen Heizkörper mit DHC-
Heizkörperthermostaten oder der Fußbodenheizung in Kombination
mit den DHC-Steuerungen für die Fußbodenheizung. Die
Heizphasen werden an Ihre persönlichen Anforderungen angepasst.
Der DHC-Raumthermostat misst die Raumtemperatur und die
Luftfeuchtigkeit und überträgt diese in regelmäßigen Abständen
an die DHC-Heizkörperthermostate oder die DHC-Steuerungen
der Fußbodenheizung, wodurch eine genaue Steuerung der
Raumtemperatur ermöglicht wird.
Sie können den DHC-Raumthermostat komfortabel in Kombination
mit einem DHC Access Point über die kostenlose App steuern.
Dank des Batteriebetriebs und der Funkkommunikation ist der
Raumthermostat extrem exibel in Bezug auf die Montageposition.
Prüfen Sie bei der Auswahl des Montageposition diese auf
elektrische und Stromversorgungskabel.
Hinweise für die Montage auf einer
Unterputzdose
Wenn das Zubehör auf einer Unterputzdose montiert ist,
gibt es möglicherweise keine oenen Leiterenden.
Wenn Änderungen oder Arbeiten an der Hausinstallation (z. B.
Erweiterung, Umgehung der Schalter- oder Buchseneinsätze)
oder der Niederspannungsverteilung für die Montage oder
Installation des Zubehörs durchgeführt werden müssen,
müssen die folgenden Sicherheitshinweise beachtet werden:
Achtung! Das Gerät darf nur von Personen mit den
entsprechenden elektrotechnischen Kenntnissen und
der entsprechenden Erfahrung installiert werden!*
Eine fehlerhafte Installation kann eine Gefahr für Ihr eigenes Leben
und das Leben anderer Verwender des elektrischen Systems

• Die zu beachtenden “5 Sicherheitsregeln”:
Vom Netzstrom trennen; Sicherung vor erneutem Einschalten;
Prüfen auf Spannungsfreiheit des Systems; Erde und
Kurzschluss; Unter Spannung stehende Teile in der Nähe
abdecken oder absperren;
• Wählen Sie geeignetes Werkzeug, Messgeräte und, bei Bedarf,
persönliche Schutzausrüstung;
• Bewertung der Messergebnisse;
• Auswahl des Materials für die Elektroinstallation zur Sicherung
der Ausschaltbedingungen;
• IP-Schutzklassen;
• Installation des Materials für die Elektroinstallation;
• Art des Versorgungsnetzwerks (TN-System, IT-System,
TT-System) und der sich daraus ergebenden Anschlussbedin-
gungen (klassischer Nullabgleich, Schutzleiter, erforderliche
Zusatzmaßnahmen usw.).

Fonction
Cet appareil, qui fait partie de l’écosystème Daikin Home Controls
(DHC), communique à l’aide d’une connexion sans l dédiée. Tous
les appareils de l’écosystème peuvent être congurés et contrôlés
aisément et individuellement via l’application ONECTA. Vous
pouvez également utiliser les appareils DHC en combinaison avec
de nombreuses solutions partenaires. Les fonctions disponibles
fournies par l’écosystème en combinaison avec d’autres appareils
sont décrites dans le guide de l’application DHC.
Le thermostat d'ambiance DHC permet non seulement de réguler
la température de vos radiateurs conventionnels avec les thermostats
de radiateur DHC, ou de votre chauage au sol à l’aide des dispositifs
de régulation du chauage au sol DHC, mais également d’ajuster les
phases de chauage selon vos besoins.
Le thermostat d’ambiance DHC mesure la température et l’humidité
intérieures, et transmet ces données à intervalles réguliers aux
thermostats de radiateur DHC ou aux dispositifs de régulation du
chauage au sol DHC, an de contrôler précisément la température
de chaque pièce.
Vous pouvez contrôler confortablement le thermostat d’ambiance
DHC en combinaison avec un DHC Access Point via l’application
gratuite.
Dans la mesure où le thermostat d’ambiance fonctionne sur pile et
communique par radio, vous pouvez l’installer où vous le souhaitez.
Lorsque vous choisissez l’emplacement d’installation,
vériez la présence de ls électriques et de câbles
d’alimentation.
Remarques concernant le montage du boîtier
d’encastrement
Si vous installez l’appareil sur un boîtier d’encastrement,
veillez à ne laisser aucune extrémité de conducteur ouverte.
Si, lors du montage ou de l’installation de l’appareil,
des modications ou des travaux sont nécessaires sur
l’installation domestique (par exemple, extension, dérivation
d’interrupteurs ou insertion de prises de courant) ou sur la
distribution basse tension, tenez compte des consignes
de sécurité suivantes:

et l’expérience électrotechniques nécessaires peuvent
installer cet appareil!*

(harmonisation classique, mise à la terre de protection,
