PT-01 motor sargı sıcaklığına karşı kullanılan bir termistör rölesidir.
Kullanım ve Çalışma Prensibi
PT-01 termistör rölesi PTC koruması için geliştirilmiştir. PTC pin gerilimi
10V-20V arasındadır. Motor sargı sıcaklığı PTC’nin sıcaklık sınır değerini
(Tc) aşarsa motor gecikmesiz olarak devreden çıkartılır. Değişik sıcaklık
sınır değerlerine (110

C) sahip üç PTC’nin direnç - sıcaklık
değişimleri aşağıda verilmektedir. Normalde 110

C’lik PTC kullanılmasına
rağmen istek üzerine bu değiştirilebilir. Şekilden görüldüğü gibi PTC direnci

General
PT-01 is an electronic device monitoring the motor temperature.
Operation Principles
PT-01 Thermistor Device is developed to be used for PTC protection. The
voltage value across PTC pins is between 10V and 20V. When the coil
temperature in motors exceeds Tc, the limit temperature of PTC, the output
relay switches OFF immediately. See below for typical resistance of PTC vs
temperature characteristics for three dierent switching temperatures (110

C, 120

C, 130
0
C) Normally, 110
o
C is used and it can be changed upon
request. As seen from below, the PTC resistance is smaller than 100 when W
T<Tc-50 and greater than 10K when T>Tc+50 .

Note: The contact resistance at ohmic load (e.g. incandescent bulb, resistance
devices) is 5A (PT-01) or 8A (MK-01). It is recommended to use a contactor if
the inductive load (e.g. AC motor, uorescent, etc.) or capacitive load (e.g. LED
drivers, UPS, uorescent (electronic ballast), etc.) switch. Otherwise adhesion
may occur in relay contacts.

Genel
Sanayi tesislerimizde yaygın olarak kullanılan elektrik motorlarının iki faza
kalarak aşırı ısınması ve yanması sıkça karşılaşılan arıza kaynaklarından biridir.
Motor korumasında sık kullanılan “Termik Manyetik Röle” gerek elektro-
mekanik yapısı, gerekse demeraj akımının karşılanabilmesi için akım ayarının
yüksek tutulması nedeniyle, koruma işleminde yetersiz kalmaktadır.
Bu olumsuz etkileri ortadan kaldıracak şekilde tasarlanmış olan nötrlü MK-01
motor koruma rölesi aşağıdaki fonksiyona sahiptir.
Gerilim Dengesizliği (Ayarlanmaz)
Üç fazlı sistemlerde gerilim dengesizliği (asimetri) yüklerin fazlara dengesiz
bağlanması sonucu oluşabileceği gibi üç fazlı motorlarda fazlardan birinin
kesilmesi durumunda da oluşur. Bu durumda kesilen faza ait motor sargı
ucunda, motorun diğer sargıları üzerinden indüklenerek dönen gerilim
görünür. Bu gerilim değeri motorun cinsine ve yük durumuna göre değişir.
Faz yokluğu veya herhangi bir sebepten oluşabilecek faz-nötr gerilim
dengesizliği %20’lik sabit değerden küçükse çıkış rölesi çekilidir. Eğer gerilim
dengesizliği cihazın asimetri değeri aşarsa çıkış rölesi 0.2 sn içinde motoru
devre dışı bırakır.

General
One of the common faults encountered in industrial plants is the
overheating and the resulting damaging of 3-phase motors due to the phase
failure. “Thermal-magnetic relay” which is an essential element in motor
protection is generally too slow to assure demurrage without tripping due to
both its technical structure and the use of high current setting range.
Being designed to eliminate the above disadvantages MK-01 phase failure
relay has following protection function.
Voltage Unbalance (Not Adjustable)
Unbalanced voltage (asymmetry) in 3-phase system may occur when the
mains are loaded with unbalanced distribution or one of the 3 phases of
the motor has lost. In this case, some amount of voltage which is produced
by other phases will be induced on the lost phase. Amount of this voltage
depends on both the motor type and amount of load.
When the phase – neutral unbalanced voltage is smaller than the xed 20%
value due to phase failure or any other reason, the output relay switches ON.
If unbalanced voltage value exceeds the adjusted asymmetry value, output
relay switches OFF and switches o the motor
