Bestimmungsgemäß dient der Bausatz Sensorleiste EAPR-S1-S-… zum
Befestigen von induktiven Näherungsschaltern des Typs SIES-8M an den
Achsen EGSK/EGSP.
Info
Beachten Sie, dass:
– je nach Achse EGSK/EGSP unterschiedliche Schaltfahnen verwendet
werden (! Tabelle 1c. und 2c.).
– bei einigen Kombinationen Befestigungselemente übrig bleiben.

Hinweis
Um das Schalten der Näherungsschalter zu gewährleisten:
•Wählen Sie die Orientierung des Sensorprofils wie folgt:
– Bei EGSK-46, EGSP-33/-46 befinden sich die Schrauben in der oberen
Nut des Sensorprofils 8.
– Bei EGSK-33 befinden sich die Schrauben in der unteren Nut des Sen-
sorprofils 8.

•Befestigen Sie das Sen-
sorprofil 8 an den Ge-
winden (C) im Führungs-
profil der Achse mit allen
Schrauben 9.

•Befestigen Sie die Schalt-
fahne aA - aC in der vorge-
sehenen Aussparung (D)
am Schlitten mit den
Schrauben aJ.
3. Prüfung nach der Montage

•Beachten Sie, dass zwi-
schen Schaltfahne (E) und
Sensorprofil (F) ein Luft-
spalt (X) von ca. 0,5 mm
verbleibt.
4. Montage Sensoren
•Wählen Sie die zulässigen induktiven Näherungsschalter aus unserem
Katalog www.festo.com/catalogue.
•Befestigen Sie die Näherungsschalter wie in der Bedienungsanleitung der
Näherungsschalter beschrieben.

The sensor strip kit EAPR-S1-S-… has been designed for fastening inductive
proximity switches of type SIES-8M to the axes EGSK/EGSP.
Information
Note:
– that different switching cams are used (!tables 1c. and 2c.) depending
on the axis (EGSK/EGSP).
– that mounting components may be left over with some combinations.

through the holes in the
sensor profile 1 and push
one O-ring 7 onto each
thread.
•Fasten
the sensor profile 1 to the two threads (A).

In order to guarantee that the proximity switches function:
•Select the orientation of the sensor profile as follows:
– With EGSK-46, EGSP-33/46 the screws are in the upper groove of the
sensor profile 8.
– With EGSK-33 the screws are in the lower groove of the sensor
profile 8.

•Fasten the sensor
profile 8 to the
threads (C) in the guide
profile of the axis with all
screws 9.

•Fasten the switching
cam aA - aC in the recess
intended for this
purpose (D) on the slide
with the screws aJ.
3. Check after assembly

•Make sure that there is an
air gap of approx. 0.5 mm
between the switching
cam (E) and the sensor
profile (F).
4. Fitting the sensors
•Select the permitted inductive proximity switches from our catalogue
www.festo.com/catalogue.
•Fasten the proximity switches as described in the operating instructions
for the proximity switches.
