Bestimmungsgemäß dient der Adapterbausatz 2 dazu das Dreh-Hub-Modul
EHMB 1 mit der Achse EGC/DGC 3 zu verbinden.
Der Adapterbausatz 2 besteht aus 2 identischen L-förmigen Adapterplatten.
2. Montage

Platzieren Sie die
Zentrierhülsen (B) am Dreh-
Hub-Modul 1.
Befestigen Sie eine der
Adapterplatten 2 am Dreh-
Hub-Modul 1 mit den
Schrauben (A).
Halten Sie das zulässige
Anziehdrehmoment MA ein.

Platzieren Sie die
Zentrierhülsen (D) am
Schlitten der Achse 3.
Befestigen Sie die andere
Adapterplatte 2 an der
Achse 3 mit den
Schrauben (C).
Halten Sie das zulässige
Anziehdrehmoment MA ein.
Platzieren Sie die Zentrierhülsen (F) in der unteren Adapterplatte 2 die
bereits an der Achse 3 montiert ist.
Platzieren Sie die obere Adapterplatte 2 die bereits am Dreh-Hub-
Modul 1 montiert ist, an der unteren Adapterplatte 2 wie abgebildet.
Drehen Sie die Schrauben (E) fest.
Halten Sie das zulässige Anziehdrehmoment M
A ein.
Info
Bevorzugt soll das schwerere Teil (hier der EHMB 1) auf den Adapter des
leichteren Teils (hier EGC/DGC 3) aufgesetzt werden, wie abgebildet.
Beachten Sie, dass wenn die Adapterplatten 2 anders herum montiert
werden, ein Monteur mehr erforderlich ist um das schwerere Teil (hier
der EHMB 1) zu stützen.

EHAM-H1-...-L2-...
The adapter kit 2 is intended for use for combining the rotary lifting module
EHMB 1 with the axis EGC/DGC 3.
The adapter kit consists of 2 identical L-shaped adapter plates. 2
2. Mounting

Place the centring
sleeves (B) on the rotary
lifting module 1.
Fasten one of the adapter
plates 2 to the rotary lifting
module 1 with the
screws (A).
Observe the permitted
tightening torque MA.

Place the centring
sleeves (D) on the slide of
the axis 3.
Fasten the other adapter
plate 2 to the axis 3 with
the screws (C).
Observe the permitted
tightening torque MA.
Place the centring sleeve (F) in the lower adapter plate 2, which has
already been mounted on the axis 3.
Place the upper adapter plate 2, which is already mounted on the rotary
lifting module 1, on the lower adapter plate 2 as shown.
Tighten the screws (E).
Observe the permitted tightening torque M

Information
The heavier part (here the EHMB 1) should preferably be placed on the
adapter of the lighter part (here EGC/DGC 3), as shown.
Please note that when the adapter plates 2 are mounted the other way
around, one more installer is needed to support the heavier part (here
the EHMB 1).
