•Carefullypushtheventilationgrilleclampontotheopen

panelsoftheventilationgrilleuntilitlocksintoplace.

Beforesettingadeviceintheholder,checkthatthepanels

aresturdyenoughtobeartheweight.commendagainstWere

usingthismodelforterminaldevicesheavierthan300g.

•Toremovetheholder,useasuitabletool(suchasascrew-

driver)togentlypressthelockingpindownwardsandthen

carefullypulltheholderoutoftheventilationgrille.

Screw-fastening(B)

Note

Makesurethattherearenocablesorpipesunderneaththe

selectedinstallationsitethatmightbedamaged.

•Usesuitablescrewstofastentheholdertotheselected

installationsite.

Adhesivepad(C)

Note–Installationsurface

Pleasenotethattheselectedinstallationsurface(e.g.

dashboard)shouldbefreeofdustandgrease.Useasuitable

cleaningagentfromaspecialiseddealertocleanthesurface.

•(Removeoneoftheprotectivelmsfromtheadhesivepadand

pressitontothearsideoftheholderforafewseconds.)re

gentlypresstheholderontotheselectedinstallationsurface.

removetheadhesivepad,carefullypullitofftheinstallation

surface.Theadhesivepadcanonlybeattachedagainusing

suitableadhesivematerialavailablefromspecialiseddealers.

•Variousenvironmentalfactorssuchasambienthumidity,

sunlightorcoldcanimpairthedurabilityoftheadhesivepad.

•Werecannotguaranteethatsiduewillnotbeleftonthe

mountingsurfaceaftertheadhesivepadismoved.re

Handlebarclamp(D)

Note

Makesurethattheinstallationwillnotsultinanycontrolre

elements,cables,instruments,etc.beingcoveredup,

pinched,orimpairedintheirfunctioning.

•Useasuitabletool(optionallyincluded),loosenthescrewsto

opentheclampandattachittothehandlebar.

•Ifnecessary,userubberpadsoradapters(optionallyincluded)

toadjusttheclamptotthediameterofthehandlebar.

•Closetheclampandfastenitinplacebytighteningthescrews.

Suctioncupholder(E)

•Removetheprotectivelmfromthesuctioncupandposition

itonacleanandatsurface(e.g.windowpane).

•Ifthesuctioncupholderistobeattachedtoaughorune-ro

vensurface(e.g.adashboard),anadapterplateisoptionally

available.

•Pushthelockinglever(E–1)tofastenthesuctioncup.

•Opentheclampingdevice(E–4)topositionthecarryingarm.

•Closetheclampingdevicetolockthisposition.

•Toreleasethesuctioncupfromthesurface,pullthelateral

slidesinthedirectionofthearrow.(E–2)Thengentlypullthe

aptocompletelyleasethesuctioncup.(E–3)re

•Setthecessorcessesoftheholderontothebracket.rere

•Movetheholderupordownuntilitclicksintoplaceoris

seatedrmly.

4-hook/holeclipsystem–QuickFIX(C)

•Pressthebuttonsonthesideofthebrackettogether.Thenset

thecessesonthearoftheholderontothehooksoftherere

bracket.Letgoofthebuttonstoengagethemountingclip

andfastentheholderinplace.

•Toremovetheholder,pressthebuttonsonthesideofthe

brackettogether.Theclipsystemdisengagesandyoucan

removetheholder.

3.3Insertingandmovingterminaldevices(III)re

Note

•Alwaystakeyourterminaldeviceoutoftheholderbefore

attachingormovingthebracket(adhesivepad,suctionre

cupholder,ventilationgrilleclamporother).

•Ifusingahandlebarclamp(I-D),useonlya(universal)

attachmentsystemthatadditionallysecurestheterminal

devicefromfallingorprotectsitfromsultingdamagere

(suchasprods.no.88404,88415,91324,93710).

Suitableattachmentsystemsforhandlebarmountingare,

forinstance,protectivebags,bracketswithelasticstraps,

•Pressthebuttononthesideoftheuniversalbrackettoopen
