2. Assemble pulley. Open one section of the ring. Slip
the pulley in from one side of track and lock hoop.
3. Adjust the rope by rope buckle. The length of the rope
determines the size of the centrifugal force during
exercise. Adjust the rope to the appropriate length
and according to the exercise venue and space.
1. Adjust the lenght of product body. Press and hold the
adjusting/ switching button while pulling two con-
nection sections outward, that you can release the
ring. Repeat this action to add or remove the section
for adjusting the circumference of ring to match your
waistline. NOTE: Do not disassemble the sensor sec-
tion while in use.

taking medication that affects your heart rate, blood pressure or cholesterol level. This is

balance impairments.
2. Hula hoop is designed for spinning such body parts as: waist, abdomen, hips, buttocks. It is
not recommended for exercising other body parts than those mentioned above.
3. It is not recommended to exercise 30 minutes before a meal.
4. Attention! Remember to keep the space around you safe. Keep the hula hoop at least 4-5
metres away from children and animals. Also keep a distance from valuable things.
5. Regular exercise helps strengthen the back muscles and slenderise the body. Beginners
should increase the amount of exercise gradually, starting with hula-hoop spinning every
other day, about 2-3 minutes each way. The decision to increase the amount of exercise is
made by each hula hoop user individually. Advanced users can try to start their workout by
spinning the hula hoop about 5 minutes each way. The level of advancement is an indivi-
dual judgement of the user.
