Replacing the Flashtube
1. Turn off the power, remove the battery, and wait at least 10
minutes for the ashtube to cool.
2. Remove the glass cover by gently pulling it off of the ash head.
3. Using white cotton gloves or a clean cloth, remove the
retention wire wrapped around the top of the ashtube.
4. Once the wire is unwrapped, grip the base of the ashtube on
each side, and carefully pull it from the retaining sockets.
5. Apply rm, even pressure at the base of the ashtube to gently
push the pins of the new ashtube into the sockets.
6. With gloved ngers, wrap the retention wire over and around
the ashtube.
7. Replace the glass cover.

cotton cloth gloves or use a cotton cloth to handle the ashtube.
