• Have your fixture installed by a qualified licensed electrician

• Prepare everything in a clear area

• Wear gloves at all times during this installation

Remove fixture from its original package

Separate mounting plate from canopy by (1c)(2a)

removing the canopy screws (2b)

Attach mounting plate to electrical junction box (1c)

(1a)(1e) using junction box screws provided in

hardware package

Secure mounting plate to mounting surface with(1c)

anchors (1f) and screws (1g)

Determine hanging height of fixture by securing rods

(2d) (2c)(3a)to canopy pivot and fixture body and

attach canopy pivot to canopywith washer (2c) (2a)

(5b)(5a), and nut after feeding fixture wires (LED+

and LED-) through rods

Make proper electrical connections between LED and

DC driver, LED- Negative, LED+ Positive using quick

connector provided (See Illustration 1 and refer to

diagram on driver)

Make proper electrical connections ( to “L”, blackhot

whiteground“GND”) to “N”, neutral to with wire

nuts (1b) provided in hardware package and place

driver (4a) inside canopy (2a)

Attach fixture bars together and secure with plate (3a)

(3b)(3c) and screws (See Illustration 2)

Slide fixture side plates along fixture bar(5a) (3a),

secure with side plate screws. Secure fixture side (5b)

plates (5a) together with decorative nuts (5c) and

screws (5d). Attach fixture top plates (6a) to fixture

side plates with decorative nuts and screws (5a)(6b)

Secure canopy to mounting plate with (2a)(1c)

canopy screws (2b)

Please Note:

• This Kuzco LED fixture comes with pre-wired LED module(s)

• Unless instructed, Do Not touch any part of the LED module(s) as any unnecessary

contact with the module could cause permanent damage

• For dimming, an ELV (Electronic Low Voltage) or TRIAC type of dimmer is required

• 120V input
