START FROM HERE

Please Note:

• This Kuzco LED fixture comes with pre-wired LED module(s)

• Unless instructed to do so, please do not touch any part of the LED module(s) as any

unnecessary contact with the module could cause permanent damage

• For dimming, an ELV (Electronic Low Voltage) type of dimmer is required

• 120V input

• Make sure is POWERCOMPLETELY OFF at the fuse box

• Have your fixture installed by a qualified licensed electrician

• Prepare everything in a clear area

• Wear gloves at all time during this installation

• Read instructions carefully before you start assembly

• Keep this installation sheet for future reference

1. Remove fixture from its original package

2. Separate mounting plate from backplate by(1c) (2a)

removing decorative nuts (2c)

3. Align mounting plate screws to desired (1d)

orientation, and then attach mounting plate to (1c)

electrical junction box using junction box screws (1a)

provided (1e) in hardware package

4. Make proper electrical connections to “L”, (blackhot

white to “N”, to with wire neutralground“GND”)

nuts (1b) provided in hardware package

5. Align and insert mounting plate screws (1d) through

holes on backplate , secure with decorative nuts (2a)

6. Choose color temperature by using slider (5a)

7. Secure glass onto the lower metal clips , then(3a)(2b)

gently guide the metal frame cover over the (3b)

fixture and push gently up until it has been securely

fastened by the upper spring loaded knobs (2d)
