• Have your fixture installed by a qualified licensed electrician

• Prepare everything in a clear area

Please Note:

• This Kuzco LED fixture comes with pre-wired LED module(s)

• Unless instructed, Do Not touch any part of the LED module(s) as any unnecessary

contact with the module could cause permanent damage

• Use ELV (Electronic Low Voltage) or TRIAC type of dimmer for dimming application

Remove the fixture from its original packaging1.

Separate the mounting plate from the canopy (1c)(2a)

by removing the four screws with allen key(2c)

Attach the mounting plate to the electrical junction (1c)

box using the two screws provided in the (1a)(1d)

hardware package (keep back plate level when Note:

mounting to octagon box with leveling marks as guide)

Make proper electrical connections (black to hot “L”,

white to neutral “N”, ground to “GND”) with wire nuts

(1b) provided in hardware package

Attach canopy to mounting plate with screws (2a)(1c)(2c)

using allen key

Gently slide LED assembly into glass tube until (4f)(4a)

connector receptacles can be exposed through on (4b)

glass, secure by installing end caps (4e)

Insert rubber wave washer followed by flat washer (4c),(4d)

onto each connector receptacle post, and then insert (4b)

coaxial connector to make electrical connection, secure (3c)

with threaded cap (3d)
