ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION

NOTE: Please consult a qualified electrician if you are not certain of the installation.

CAUTION: Before starting the installation, disconnect the power by turning off the circuit breaker or by

removing the fuse at the fuse box. Caulk to mounting surface at top and sides.

1.Fasten Cross Bar to Outlet Box using 2 Outlet Box Screws provided (Make sure the thread of the

mounting screws is facing outside when the Cross Bar is attached to the Outlet Box).

2.Release the Frame and Glass Shade by unscrews the Lock Screws and Small Screw from the fixture.

3.Install bulb (Not included).

4.Fasten the Frame and Glass Shade by using the Lock Screws and Small Screw provided.

5.Take the ground wire from the house, wrap it around the Ground Screw on the Cross Bar so that the end of

the ground wire is still loose, tighten the Ground Screw, and connect the ground wire from the fixture to

the loose end of the ground wire from the house by twisting the ends together with pliers.Connect wires

with white to white and black to black, cover the connections by using the Wire Connectors provided.

6.Place the Fixture Body to the wall by aligning the protruding Mounting Screws all the way through the

Wall Plate and tighten the fixture using 2 Lock Nuts and Washers provided. Fasten the fixture until it is

held firmly to the wall.

7.Turn on the power.
