The switch mode power supply charger serves for quick and easy charging ofthe rechargeablebatteries
of the hand-held microphone, whichis a componentof the PAsystem.

Safety Instructions
Before yourinitial start-up,please makesure that thereare notransport damages. Shouldthere be
any,do not take the device into operation and immediately consult your dealer.
Operate the device only after having familiarized with itsfunctions. Do not permit operation by
personsnot qualified for operating the device.
Protect the device against humidity and heat. Keep away from heatersand other heating sources!
The charger is allowedto beoperated with an alternatingcurrent of. The
charger falls under protection class 2 and was designed for indoor use only.
Only use thecharger with the microphone.
Caution!Make sure there are rechargeable batteries insterted into the microphone. If non-
rechargeable batteriesare charged, leakage or explosionmay result.
Only insert rechargeablebatteriesofthe same type into the microphoneandreplacethe batteries in
pairs.
For cleaning,use asoftlint-freeand moistenedcloth. Neveruse alcohol orsolvents!Disconnect from
mains first.
There areno serviceable partsinsidethe device. Maintenance and service operationsare onlyto
be carried out by authorized dealers.
Damage, caused by manual modificationson the device are not subject to warranty. If the device
is used for other purposes than originally intended or ifit is notcorrectly connected, the product
may sufferdamages and theguarantee becomes void.

When thebatteriesaregoingflat,thebattery symbolonthe microphone's LCDscreen starts flashing.
In thiscase,turnoffthemicrophone andcharge the batteries.Recharging timefor discharged
batteries is 4hours (with 1300mAbatteries).
Pressdown the grooved latch of the colored cap and remove the cap.
Connectthe chargerforthetothe charging contactofthemicrophoneandthe mains
plug to a mainssocket.Thus,the charging procedure is started.
During the charging,the microphone isdeactivated and can not be operated.
If all three bars inthe batterysymbolare displayed onthemicrophone'sLCD, thebatteries are
fully loadedand charging is completed.
If possible,always use theentire capacityofthe batteries.Short discharging/recharging cycleswill
reduce the batterie's capacity.
