ALWAYS HANDLE THE BLADE WITH CARE - SHARP EDGES CAN CAUSE

SERIOUS INJURY, PLEASE USE GLOVES.

WARNING!:ALWAYS ENSURE THE MOWER BLADE HAS

COMPLETELY STOPPED, REMOVE THE SAFETY KEY, BATTERIES AND

GRASS CATCHER PRIOR TO ANY MAINTENANCE.

REMOVING AND FITTING THE BLADE:

Only replace the blade with a genuine Ozito PXC replacement blade, as this will ensure

top performance and safety under all conditions.

1. To remove the blade bolt, hold the blade

rmly and with a 13mm socket loosen the

blade bolt by turning it anti-clockwise.

Note:A piece of timber will assist in holding

the blade while removing or tightening the

blade bolt.

2. Remove the blade bolt, spring washer, blade

and spacer.

3. To t the blade, rst place the spacer, then

the blade (writing facing out) over the centre

hole of the spacer, aligning the lugs.

Note:The shape and position of the lugs

prevent the blade from tting in the wrong

direction.

4. Fit the bolt and spring washer with a

universal wrench. The tightening torque should

be approx. 25Nm.

Replace the metal blade after 50 hours mowing or 2 years

whichever is sooner. If the blade is cracked or damaged replace

it with a new one.
