1. Place the power supply on the rack and tie it down with the 2 zip ties.

2. Place your FortiGate on the rack & x the FortiGate with the 2 bolts from the bottom and

tighten it lightly.

3. Tie the excess length of the power cable down with the 3rd zip tie.

4. Optional: if you are mounting a PoE or DSL appliance put the supplied label over the

printed ports.

5. Connect the cables from your FortiGate to the connectors.

6. Place your FortiRack in your 19 inch rack.

Please ensure proper ventilation according to the network appliance manufacturer guidelines.
