1. Place up to 2 power supplies on the rack and tie them down with 2 zip ties each.

2. Remove the 4 rubber feet from the bottom of the FortiGate.

3. Place your FortiGate on the rack & x the FortiGate with the 2 bolts on the bottom and tighten

them lightly.

4. Tie the excess length of the power cable(s) down with a zip tie(s).

5. Connect the cables from your FortiGate to the connectors.

6. Optional: use ber patch cables (not supplied) to connect the SFP ports with ber keystones.

7. Optional: use two zip ties to hold the cables together.

8. Place your FortiRack in your 19 inch rack.

Please ensure proper ventilation according to the network appliance manufacturer guidelines.
