Warning of electrical danger!
Indicates instructions must be followed to avoid danger to persons.
Important, follow the documentation!
This symbol indicates that the operating instructions must be adhered to
in order to avoid danger.
Warning
During many of the leakage tests the PROTECTIVE EARTH/GROUND
CONDUCTOR to the appliance under test is interrupted. For this reason
additional means of protection are required in order to comply with the
relevant safety standards.
Safety
Do not connect any probe combination to the maximum permitted
voltage of 30VAC/DC with respect to earth/ground potential when
performing non-power tests. Danger of electric shock.
It must be assumed that safe operation is no longer possible:
∙ If the instrument or leads show any sign of damage
∙ If the instrument does not function
∙ After long periods of storage under adverse environmental conditions

Während der Messung der Ableitströme wird der Schutzleiter
des zu prüfenden Gerätes unterbrochen. Daher sind zusätzliche
Schutzmaßnahmen erforderlich, um die entsprechenden
Sicherheitstandards zu erfüllen.
Sicherheit
Die Prüfspitze darf nicht mit der maximal zulässigen Spannung von
30VAC/DC in Bezug auf das Erdpotential verbunden werden bei non-
power Prüfungen. Es besteht die Gefahr eines elektrischen Schlages.
Es muss angenommen werden, dass die Sicherheit nicht mehr
gewährtleistet ist:
∙ Wenn das Gerät oder die Anschlußkabeln beschädigt sind.
∙ Wenn das Gerät nicht funktioniert

Avertissement : Danger electrique!
Les instructions de securite doivent etre suivies pour eviter le danger aux
personnes
Important, suivez la documentation!
Ce symbole indique que les instructions d’utilisation doivent etre
connues afin d’eviter le danger aux personnes
Avertissement
Pendant de nombreux tests de courants de fuite, le CONDUCTEUR
DE TERRE / TERRE DE PROTECTION est interrompu. Pour cette raison
des mesures de securite complementaires doivent etre prises afin de
respecter les consignes de securite.
Securite
Ne pas connecter de sonde a un potentiel au dela du maximum admis
de 30VAC/DC par rapport a la Terre lors de test sans alimentation. Risque
de chocs electriques.
L’utilisation en toute securite n’est plus possible lorsque:
∙ L’appareil ou ses cordons sont endommages
∙ L’appareil ne fonctionne pas
∙ L’appareil a ete stocke longuement dans un endroit non approprie

La instrucciones indicadas deben ser cumplidas para evitar riesgo a
personas
Importante, ¡Siga la documentación!
Este símbolo indica que las instrucciones de uso deben ser cumplidas
para evitar cualquier riesgo.
Advertencia
Durante varios test de fuga, el conductor de protección de tierra al
equipo es desconectado. Por este motivo son requeridos métodos de
protección adicionales para cumplir con el correspondiente estándar de
seguridad.
Seguridad
No conectar ninguna sonda a un voltaje mayor del permitido (30VAC/DC)
con respecto a tierra al realizar ensayos sin energía. Riesgo de descarga
eléctrica.
Debe ser asumido que no se pueden hacer mas ensayos seguros:
∙ Si la unidad o alguna sonda muestra cualquier signo de deterioro
∙ Si la unidad no funciona
∙ Después de largos periodos de almacenamiento en condiciones adversas
