確実に取り付けられていないと、本機が落下し、けがの原因とな
ります。

あります。
内部に水や異物を入れない
水や異物が入ると火災や感電の原因となることがあります。
万一、水や異物が入ったときは、すぐに電源を切り、

この取扱説明書には、事故を防ぐための重要な注意事項と製品の取り扱いかたを示し
てあります。この取扱説明書をよくお読みのうえ、製品を安全にお使いください。お読
みになったあとは、いつでも見られるところに必ず保管してください。
If the unit is suddenly taken from a cold to a warm location, or if ambient
temperature suddenly rises, moisture may form on the outer surface of the unit
and/or inside of the unit. This is known as condensation. If condensation
occurs, turn off the unit and wait until the condensation clears before
operating the unit. Operating the unit while condensation is present may
damage the unit.

Overview
The CBK-DL1 is a DC-powered, USB interface extension adapter with 12 V DC
input/output.
It is designed for use with Sony camcorders.
Unit and Supplied Accessories
Unit (1)
Up to two USB devices can be connected to the unit. A Micro USB port and
DC IN connector are located on the side, and DC OUT connector on the
bottom.

Bracket assembly (A-2225-638-x) (1)
Attach to the back of a camcorder.
DC cable (straight) (1-846-900-21) (1)
Connect the DC OUT connector of the camcorder to the DC IN connector of
the unit to supply power to the unit from the camcorder.
CAUTION
When you connect the DC cable of the unit to peripheral device, use the
supplied cable to prevent malfunction due to radiation noise.
USB cable (1-846-486-41) (1)
Connect the USB wireless LAN module connector of the camcorder to the
Micro USB port of the unit.

supplied cable to prevent malfunction due to radiation noise.
Cable clampers (4-198-668-x) (4)
Use to secure the cables. When used, peal the seal off the rear surface and
attach to any location on the unit or the camcorder.

Attaching the Unit
Attach the unit as described below to connect to USB devices.
Note
Use a screwdriver to tighten screws to prevent loosening.
Connecting the USB Cable (on unit) (Fig. -1 / )
Connect the USB cable to the Micro USB port.
Feed the cable through the cable retainer part of the unit.
Connecting the DC Cable (on unit) (Fig. -1 )
Connect the DC cable to the DC IN connector.
Attaching the Bracket Assembly (Fig. -2)
Attach the bracket assembly to the back of the camcorder using four screws
(attached to bracket assembly).
Use a #0 head screwdriver.
Note
Tighten the four screws alternately.
You can connect a device with a round pin connector to the DC OUT
connector
.
Attaching to Bracket Assembly (Fig. -3, -4)
Insert the unit onto the protrusion of the bracket assembly and attach using two
screws (attached to front of unit).
Use a #2 head screwdriver.
Connecting the USB Cable (on camcorder) (Fig. -5)
Connect the USB cable to the USB wireless LAN module connector of the
camcorder.
Secure the cable using the supplied cable clampers, as required.
A cable clamper is shown as an example in the figure.
Connecting the DC Cable (on camcorder) (Fig. -5)
After securing the DC cable in the cable retainer part of the unit, connect the
cable to the DC OUT connector of the camcorder.
To secure the cable in a different position, use the supplied cable clamper.
Connecting USB Devices (Fig. -6)
Connect USB devices as described below.
Remove the hook-and-loop fastener (4 -742-944-0x), and open the
protective cap of the USB port.
Note
Open the USB connector protective cap as far as possible so that it will not
interfere with USB device installation.
Connect a USB device.
Secure the USB device using the hook-and-loop fastener.
Adjusting the Bracket Assembly Size
You can set the depth of the bracket assembly to two sizes (standard and wide)
according to the size of the battery pack of the camcorder.
To change the size, undo the two screws on the sides of the bracket assembly,
slide the bracket mounts to the desired position, and tighten the screws.
