Opisy wyrobu: Osłona spawalnicza z fi ltrem spawalniczym jest środkiem ochrony oczu i twarzy II kategorii, przeznaczonymi do indywidual-
nej ochrony oczu i twarzy przed zagrożeniami mechanicznymi i świetlnymi. Osłona nie chroni przed kroplami i rozbryzgami cieczy, grubymi
i drobnymi cząsteczkami pyłu, gazem oraz łukiem powstającym przy zwarciu elektrycznym. Osłona została wykonana z polipropylenu i
wyposażona w uchwyt pozwalający na trzymanie jej w trakcie pracy. Filtr spawalniczy chroni wzrok przed promieniowaniem powstającym
podczas spawania za pomocą łuku elektrycznego. Filtr oraz zewnętrzną szybkę ochronną wykonano ze poliwęglanu. U osób uczulonych
na ww. materiały może wystąpić reakcja alergiczna.
Okres trwałości: Produkt nie posiada określonego okresu trwałości. Należy zwracać uwagę na zużycie eksploatacyjne i uszkodzenia
elementów osłony. Wymieniać zgodnie z zaleceniami zawartymi w instrukcjach użytkowania.

Instrukcje użytkowania: Przed każdym użyciem sprawdzić czy osłona, szybka ochronna lub fi ltr spawalniczy nie są pęknięte, zniszczone
lub uszkodzone. Zabronione jest użytkowanie osłony w przypadku zaobserwowania, że jakikolwiek element nosi ślady uszkodzeń, jest zu-
żyty lub wymaga wymiany. Uwaga! Zarysowane lub uszkodzone szybki ochronne powinny być wymienione. Uwaga! Hartowane mineralne
fi ltry powinny być używane tylko z odpowiednimi wewnętrznymi szybkami ochronnymi. Nie modyfi kować samodzielnie osłony.
Wymiana fi ltra spawalniczego lub szybki ochronnej: Aby wymienić fi ltr spawalniczy lub szybkę ochronną należy wyjąć ramkę mocującą,
ściskając zatrzaski znajdujące się wewnątrz maski wysunąć ramkę mocującą z fi ltrem i szybką ochronną na zewnątrz przyłbicy. Następnie
wymienić fi ltr spawalniczy i/ lub szybkę ochronną. Montując ramkę mocującą upewnić się, że fi ltr spawalniczy i/ lub szybka nie będą się
przemieszczały. Filtr spawalniczy oraz szybka ochronna posiadają wymiary 110 mm x 90 mm.
Instrukcje eksploatacyjne: Osłona nie stanowi ochrony przed cząsteczkami o dużej prędkości. Środki ochrony oczu chroniące przed
uderzeniem cząstek o dużej prędkości, noszone wraz ze standardowymi okularami leczniczymi, mogą przenosić uderzenie, wywołując
zagrożenie dla użytkownika. Szybka ochronna stanowi ochronę przed uderzeniem cząstkami o dużej prędkości o niskiej energii. Uwaga!
Jeśli wymagana jest ochrona przed uderzeniem cząstek o dużej prędkości w ekstremalnych temperaturach, wybrany środek ochrony oczu
powinien być oznaczony literą T bezpośrednio po literze określającej symbol uderzenia, tj. FT, BT lub AT. Jeśli litera określająca symbol
uderzenia nie znajduje się bezpośrednio przed literą T, wtedy środek ochrony oczu może być używany jedynie do ochrony przed cząstkami
o dużej prędkości w temperaturze pokojowej.
Konserwacja i przechowywanie: Po skończonej pracy osłonę należy oczyścić za pomocą miękkiej i wilgotnej szmatki. Większe zabrudze-
nia usuwać za pomocą wody z mydłem i osuszyć za pomocą szmatki. Nie stosować środków czyszczących powodujących zarysowania.
Nie stosować rozpuszczalników do czyszczenia. Wyrób należy przechowywać w dostarczonych opakowaniach jednostkowych w ciemnym,
suchym, przewiewnym i zamkniętym pomieszczeniu. Podczas przechowywania, nie przekraczać zakresu temperatur od 0 st. C. do +55
st. C. Chronić przed kurzem, pyłem i innymi zanieczyszczeniami (worki foliowe, torebki itp.) Chronić przed uszkodzeniami mechanicznymi.
Transport - w dostarczanych opakowaniach jednostkowych, w kartonach, w zamkniętych środkach transportu.

Description of the product: The welder’s shield with a welding fi lter is a means of protection of eyes and face of Category II, whose pur-
pose is individual protection of the eyes and face from mechanical dangers and light. The welder’s shield does not protect from drops and
liquid splashes, coarse and fi ne dust particles, gas and short-circuit arc. The welder’s shield is made of polypropylene and it is equipped with
a handle that permits to hold it during work. The welding fi lter protects the eyesight from the radiation generated during electric-arc welding.
The fi lter and the external protective screen are made of polycarbonate. Persons who suff er from allergy to the aforementioned materials
may experience an allergic reaction.
Shelf life: There is no specifi c shelf life for the product. Make sure the elements of the shield are not damaged and if necessary replace
them in accordance with the user’s manual.

74441 - importer’s catalogue number; EN 175 - number of the European Standard related to welding shields, EN 169 – number of the
standard related to welding fi lters, 12 - shading of the welding fi lter; 1 - optical class; CE - symbol of compliance with the new EU approach
directives UE.
Use: Before each use make sure the welder’s shield, the safety screen and the welding fi lter are not damaged. It is prohibited to use the
shield if any element is damaged and requires replacement. Attention! Scratched or damaged safety screens must be replaced. Attention!
Hardened mineral fi lters should be used solely in combination with adequate internal safety shields. Do not modify the shield.
Replacement of the welding fi lter or safety screen: In order to replace the welding fi lter or the safety screen, dismantle the holding frame,
squeezing the snap fasteners inside the shield remove the holding frame with the fi lter and safety screen from the shield. Replace the weld-
ing fi lter and/or safety screen. While installing the holding frame make sure the welding fi lter and/or safety screen are not easily displaced.
The dimensions of the welding fi lter and the safety shield are 110 mm x 90 mm.
Restrictions: The shield does not protect from being hit by particles moving at a high velocity. Eye protection means protecting from being
hit by particles moving at a high velocity, worn with standard prescription glasses, may transmit the impact, implying a danger for the user.
The safety screen may be used solely for protection from being hit by particles moving at a high velocity and with low impact energy. Note!
If what is required is protection from being hit by particles moving at a high velocity in extreme temperatures, then the selected means of
eye protection should be marked with a T placed directly after the letter indicating the symbol of the impact, namely FT, BT or AT. If the letter
indicating the symbol of the impact is not placed directly before the T then the means of protection may be used solely for protection from
being hit by particles moving at a high velocity in the room temperature.
Maintenance and storage: Once work has been concluded, the shield should be cleaned with a soft and wet cloth. Heavy soiling may be
removed with water and soap; dry with a cloth. Do not use any abrasive cleaning agents. Do not use solvents to clean the product. The
product should be stored in the provided individual packaging in a dark, dry, ventilated and closed area. During storage do not exceed the
range of temperature between 0°C and +55°C. Protect the product from dust and dirt (using foil bags and others, etc.) Protect the product
from mechanical damage. Transport - in the provided individual case, in cardboard boxes, in closed means of transport.
