higherthan572°F/300°C.
2. indicatesthat:LO
a.theprobetemperatureislowerthan
32°F/0°C,
b.thesensorcableisdisconnected,or
c. theprobeismalfunctioning.
3.Shouldthedisplayappearincorrectly,turnoff
andontoresetthethermometer.
Note:Cleanthethermometerprobebeforeeachuse.
Important: DO NOT LEAVE THERMOMETER CASE IN
HOT OVEN. IT IS NOT HEAT RESISTANT. DO NOT USE
PROBE IN MICROWAVE OVENS.
Important: ONLY THE PROBE CAN BE SUBMERGED IN
LIQUID. THE PROBE/SENSOR CABLE CONNECTION IS
NOT WATERPROOF.
Note on Induction Cooktops: Theinductioncooktop’s
magneticeldmayinterferewithdigitalthermometers.Ifthis
happens,brieyturnofftheinductioncooktoptogetadigital
thermometerreadingoruseadialthermometer.
Tip:Meatshouldbeallowedto“rest”for10to15minutesafter
itisremovedfromoven.Thisallowstimeforthemeat’sinternal
temperaturetostabilizeandthejuicestoredistribute.Thiswill
resultin roastthatisbothjuicierandeasiertocarve.a
CAUTION:Avoidkeepingthethermometertooclosetoobjects
thatcontinuouslygeneratehighheatforlongperiods(i.e.,hot
