Please read theentire instruction manual before using theproduct and then save

Safety
• Theproduct may be used by children of 8 years and above and by persons
with reduced physical, sensory or mental capability or lack of experience and
knowledge provided they have been given supervision or instruction concerning
use of theproduct in asafe way and understand thehazards involved.
• Never let children play with theproduct.
• Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
• Charging produces explosive gases, make sure that theplace where Warning:
theproduct is used is free from sparks and naked flames. Makesure that theplace
where theproduct is used is well ventilated.
• Theproduct is intended for indoor useonly. (Applies only to 18-1304)
• Nevertry to charge non-rechargeable batteries.Warning:
• Keeptheproduct, its mains lead and plug away from water and Warning:
moisture to avoid therisk of electricshock.
• If themains lead is damaged it should only be replaced by aqualified electrician.
• Ensure that themains lead is unplugged before connecting abattery to theproduct.
• Thecharger is only intended for charging rechargeable Gel and AGM type
lead-acid batteries. Charging other types of batteries than these can damage
thecharger, battery or other property.
• Theproduct is not intended to be used as apower supply unit for other products.
• Never try to charge dry-cell batteries, they can explode and cause damage.
• Do not use thecharger if themains lead is damaged. Ifthemains lead is damaged
it should only be replaced by aqualified electrician.
• Thecharger should not be used if it is in any way damaged or malfunctioning.
• Do not place thecharger close to thebattery being charged, thebattery will emit
fumes which can corrode thecharger. Placethecharger as far as possible from
thebattery as theconnection cablesallow.
• Never try to dismantle, repair or modify thecharger in anyway.
• Make sure that theclamps of thecharger leads don’t touch each other once
thecharger has been connected to awall socket.
• Always unplug thecharger from thewall socket before disconnecting thecharger
leads from thebattery.
