Front + 1 Video Camera Integration Interface
for Select Ford Vehicles with 4” Sync 3 System
Sample VRFFD-79C module installaon on a 2017 Ford F 150:
1. Li the rubber mat on the dashboard upper tray and
remove the 2 screws.
2. Remove the tray and remove the 2 screws holding the
radio bezel.
3. Carefully pull out the radio bezel. This is held by mulple
clips.
4. Remove the factory screen, unplug the 12-pin connector
and plug it into the VRFFD-79C T-harness. Plug the other end
of the T-harness to the screen.
5. Install the camera and run the video and power cable
towards the radio. Make the video and power connecons.
The VRFFD-79C provides +12V power to the camera.
6. Plug the white, 18-pin connector of the T-harness to the
VRFFD-79C module. Set the DIP switches according to the
chart on page 2.
