1. Please note the following installation instructions. Since there are great differences be-

tween PC's, we can only give you general instructions. If you are unsure, please refer to

the operating instructions for your computer.

2. Switch off your computer and all connected peripheral devices and unplug all devices from

the mains.

3. Loosen the case screws on the back of your computer and carefully remove the case.

4. - A low profile bracket is included with the EX 3519 for narrow cases up to 8 cm in height.

5. Setting the Mode Switch

6. -Find a free PCI Express slot and carefully insert the EX 3519 into the selected PCI- -

Express slot. Make sure that the EX 3519 is plugged in correctly and that no short circuit -

occurs.

7. Now you can close the computer case again.

Die EX 3519 PCIe Karte mit dem Baustein ASM1061 ist eine 2 Kanal Erweiterungskarte. Jeder - -

Serial ATA Port unterstützt Übertragungsgeschwindigkeiten von bis zu 6Gbps und ist abwärts-

kompatibel zu älteren SATA 1.5Gbps oder 3Gbps Laufwerken. Außerdem unterstützt die Karte

mit dem Mode Umschalter die Funktion zwischen IDE oder ACHI System. Die EX 3519 wird -

DRIVER INSTALLATION

Windows operating system

You need administrative rights to install the drivers.

1. -Insert the driver CD with the driver for the PCIe asm1061 SATA 3 2 channel expansion

card into your CD ROM drive. -

2. If found New Hardware Wizard screen is displayed, click Cancel

3. Locate the folder where the driver is located

4. -Double click on "setup.exe" and run install program.

5. Follow the instructions of the install wizard to complete the driver installation.
