2.1Safety instructions

–Only assemble the product on components that are in a condition to be safely

operated.

–Observe tightening torques. Unless otherwise specified, the tolerance

is±20%.

2.2Intended use

Status monitoring of holding brakes DACS, DFLC und DFLG.

2.3Foreseeable misuse

The inductive proximity sensor DADG-D-F8 is exclusively provided for status mon-

itoring and is not suitable as a safety-relevant test system.

1.Depressurise holding brake.2

2.Unscrew the threaded pin[A] from the outer surface.

1.Screw the proximity sensor into the thread[C] up to the stop. Use the1

hexagon(D) on the sensor.

The lock nut[B] does not rest on the outer surface.

2.Connect the proximity sensor.1
