BEFORE YOU BEGIN

Observe all local plumbing

and building codes.

Prior to installation, unpack

the new sink and inspect it for

damage. Return the sink to

its protective carton until you

are ready to install it.

Inspect the waste and supply

tubing; replace if necessary.

When the sink backsplash is

against the wall, a gap about

3/16” (5mm) wide at the base

will need to be sealed with caulk.

TOOLS AND MATERIALS

Sealant

Pencil

Tape measure

Putty knife

Scissors

Keyhole or saber saw

Safety glasses

Masking tape

Rags or paper toweling

INSTALL THE NEW SINK

NOTE:Any countertop with a

built-in backsplash must not be

secured to the cabinet until after

the sink cutout is cut.

Check the desired sink

location for clearance

between the faucet, fixture,

and cabinet.

Cut out the sink and

backsplash templates.

Position and trace the

backsplash template on the

backsplash (if present) as

directed on the template.

Cut out the backsplash with a

saber or keyhole saw. Use

extreme care and patience

when cutting the backsplash;

these cut lines will be visible

after the sink is installed.

Position and trace the sink

template on the countertop

as directed on the template.
