BEZPIECZEŃSTWO UŻYTKOWANIA
Mikropalnik nie posiada wskaźnika temperatury. Nieuwaga podczas
użytkowania może być przyczyną pożaru. Chrońmy siebie i środowisko
poprzez zachowanie odpowiednich środków bezpieczeństwa.

Niebezpieczeństwo poparzenia się.
Podczas pracy mikropalnikiem dysza bardzo silnie się nagrzewa.
Wysoka temperatura utrzymuje się jeszcze przez pewien czas po
wyłączeniu mikropalnika.
Nie wolno zbliż ća rozgrzanej dyszy mikropalnika do materiałów
łatwopalnych.
Przed przechowaniem, upewnić ę si czy pokrę łt o zaworu gazu jest
zakręcone, nagrzany mikropalnik musi ostygnąć.
Nie wolno przechowywać palnika gazowego w temperaturze
powyżej 40°C (104ºF) lub miejscu nasłonecznionym.
Palnik przechowywać w miejscach niedostępnych dla dzieci.
Do napełniania mikropalnika należy tylko stosować gaz butan.
Unikać kontaktu mikropalnika z olejem, kwasami oraz innymi
środkami chemicznymi.
Podczas pracy mikropalnikiem należy stosować ś rodki ochrony
osobistej: okulary ochronne i rękawice.
Nie uż ćywa mikropalnika bez przerwy dł żu ej niż 20 minut.
Nie pracować uszkodzonym mikropalnikiem.
Nie dokonywać samodzielnie napraw i nie demontować elementów
mikropalnika.
Mikropalnik powinien być ż u ywany zgodnie z instrukcją.
UWAGA !
Przed rozpoczęciem pracy należy sprawdzić czy zawór do napełniania
gazu nie został uszkodzony.
UWAGA !
Przeglądy i naprawy należy przeprowadzić w serwisie dostawcy lub w
serwisie homologowanym przez dostawcę. Wszystkie przeglądy i
naprawy przeprowadza po uprzednim opróć żnieniu mikropalnika z gazu.
UWAGA !
Zaleca się wykonanie kilku prób lutowania na zbędnych kawałkach
materiału lutowanego. Umiejętność lutowania zdobywa się w miarę
praktyki.
PRZEZNACZENIE
Mikropalnik wyró w dżnia niewielka konstrukcja mieszcząca się łoni,
pozwalająca na pracę w miejscach pozbawionych innych źródeł energii,
oraz przy innych pracach wymagających zwiększonej temperatury
nagrzewania.

PRACA, OBSŁUGA
Napełnianie mikropalnika gazem (rys. B 5). Czynno napeść łniania gazem
dokonać tylko przy wyłączonym mikropalniku.
Upewnić się czy pokrętł ęo zaworu gazu jest zakr cone (rys. B 1).
Obrócić mikropalnik tak, by zawór napełniania gazu (rys. B 5) był
zwrócony ku górze.
Docisnąć końcówkę zaworu butli z gazem do zaworu mikropalnika,
korzystając przy tym z wymaganego adaptera. Napełnienie zbiornika trwa
około 5 sekund.
Znaczne zmniejszenie się wielkości płomienia mikropalnika lub całkowity
jego zanik oznacza brak gazu (rys. B 3).
Uruchomienie palnika (rys. B 2)
Obróć pokrętło zaworu gazu mikropalnika o 1/4 obrotu w lewo, (słychać
będzie charakterystyczne syczenie wydobywającego się gazu).
Skierować dyszę mikropalnika przed siebie.
Zapalić gaz wydobywający się z dyszy palnika. Regulacja wielkości
płomienia i temperatury. Pokrętł żo zaworu gazu daje mo liwość ustawienia
wielkości płomienia i temperatury.
Aby zredukować pł ńomie i temperatur naleę ży obrócić pokrę łt o w lewo.
Przez obracanie w prawo uzyskuje się odpowiednio zwiększenie
płomienia i temperatury (rys. B 1)
Zgaszenie płomienia
Obrócić w lewo pokrę łt o zaworu gazu w skrajne położenie, odcinamy
dopływ gazu do dyszy co prowadzi do zaniku płomienia.
OCHRONA ŚRODOWISKA
Produktu nie należy wyrzucać wraz z domowymi odpadkami, lecz oddać
je do utylizacji w odpowiednich zakładach. Produkt nie poddany
recyklingowi stanowi potencjalne zagrożenie dla środowiska i zdrowia
ludzi.

OPERATIONAL SAFETY
The microtorch has no temperature indicator. Careless use of the tool may
cause fire. Protect yourself and the environment and observe applicable
safety measures.
ATTENTION !
Do not put the microtorch nozzle close to face and hands. There is
risk of burns.
The nozzle heats up very much during microtorch operation. High
temperature remainsforsome time after the microtorch is switched
off.
Do not put hot microtorch nozzle close to flammable materials.
Before storing ensure that gas valve wheel isturned off, hot
microtorch must cool down.
Do not store the gas torch in temperature above 40°C (104ºF) or in
direct sunlight.
Keep the torch beyond reach of children.
Fill the microtorch only with butane gas.
Protect the microtorch against oil, acids and other chemical agents.
When operating the microtorch always use personal protection
measures: protective glasses and gloves.
Do not use the microtorch continuously for more than 20 minutes.
Do not use damaged microtorch.
Do not repair the microtorch by yourself, do not dismantle parts of
the microtorch.
Use the microtorch accordingly to the manual..
ATTENTION !
Gas refill valve must not be damaged.
ATTENTION !
All checks and repairs should be carried out by the supplier’s service
department or by service site certified by the supplier. Make all checks and
repairs only after the microtorch is gas emptied.
ATTENTION !

It is recommended to carry out few soldering tests on waste pieces of
soldered material. Soldering skills come with practice.
NTENDED USE
The microtorch features compact desing and fits in hand, which allows to
operate in places without other energy sources and for tasksthat require
higher heating temperature.

WORK, SERVICE
Filling the microtorch with gas (fig. B 5). Only fill gas with the microtorch
turned off.
Make sure the gas valve knob is closed (fig. B 1).
Turn the microtorch so that the gas filling valve (fig. B 5) points upwards.
Press the end of the gas cylinder valve against the microtorch valve, using
the required adapter. It takes approximately 5 seconds to fill the reservoir.
A significant reduction in the size of the flame of the microplate or its
complete disappearance means no gas (fig. B 3).
Burner start (fig. B 2)
Turn the microtorch gas valve knob by 1/4 turn counterclockwise (you will
hear a characteristic hiss of escaping gas).
Point the microtorch nozzle in front of you.
Ignite the gas coming from the burner nozzle. Adjustable flame size and
temperature. The gas valve knob is adjustable flame size and
temperature.
To reduce the flame and temperature, turn the knob anti-clockwise. By
turning to the right, the flame and temperature are increased respectively
(fig. B 1)
Flame extinction
Turn the gas valve knob counterclockwise to the extreme position, we cut
off the gas supply to the nozzle, which leads to the flame failure.

SICHERHEIT DER NUTZUNG
Der Mikrobrenner hat keine Temperaturanzeige. Unachtsamkeit während
des Gebrauchs kann zu einem Brand führen. Schützen wir uns und die
Umwelt, indem wir angemessene Sicherheitsmaßnahmen einhalten.
ACHTUNG !
Halten Sie die Düse des Mikrobrenners von Gesicht und Händen
fern. Verbrennungsgefahr.
Die Düse wird beim Betrieb mit dem Mikrobrenner sehr heiß. Die
hohe Temperatur bleibt noch einige Zeit nach dem Abschalten des
Mikrobrenners bestehen.
Die heiße Mikrobrennerdüse darf nicht in die Nähe von brennbaren
Materialien gebracht werden.
Stellen Sie vor der Lagerung sicher, dass der Gasventilknopf
ausgeschaltet ist, der erhitzte Mikrobrenner muss abkühlen.
Gasbrenner nicht über 40 °C (104 °F) oder in direktem Sonnenlicht
lagern.
Bewahren Sie den Brenner außerhalb der Reichweite von Kindern
auf.
Verwenden Sie zum Füllen des Mikrobrenners ausschließlich
Butangas.
Vermeiden Sie den Kontakt des Mikrobrenners mit Öl, Säuren und
anderen Chemikalien.
Beim Arbeiten mit einem Mikrobrenner persönliche
Schutzausrüstung verwenden: Schutzbrille und Handschuhe.
Verwenden Sie den Mikrobrenner nicht länger als 20 Minuten
ununterbrochen.
Arbeiten Sie nicht mit einem beschädigten Mikrobrenner.
Führen Sie keine Reparaturen selbst durch und zerlegen Sie die
Mikrobrennerelemente nicht.
Der Mikrobrenner sollte gemäß den Anweisungen verwendet
werden.
ACHTUNG !
Prüfen Sie vor Beginn der Arbeiten, ob das Gasfüllventil unbeschädigt ist.
ACHTUNG !
Inspektionen und Reparaturen sollten im Dienst des Lieferanten oder bei
einem vom Lieferanten zugelassenen Dienst durchgeführt werden. Alle
Inspektionen und Reparaturen sollten nach dem Entleeren des Gases aus
dem Mikrobrenner durchgeführt werden.
ACHTUNG !
Es wird empfohlen, mehrere Lötversuche an unnötigen
Lötmaterialstücken durchzuführen. Die Fertigkeit des Lötens wird durch
Übung erworben.
BESTIMMUNG
Der Mikrobrenner zeichnet sich durch ein kleines Design aus, das in der
Hand liegt und es Ihnen ermöglicht, an Orten ohne andere Energiequellen
zu arbeiten und für andere Arbeiten, die eine erhöhte Heiztemperatur
erfordern.

ARBEIT, DIENST
Füllen des Mikrobrenners mit Gas (Abb. B 5). Gas nur bei
ausgeschaltetem Mikrobrenner einfüllen.
Stellen Sie sicher, dass der Gasventilknopf geschlossen ist (Abb. B 1).
Drehen Sie den Mikrobrenner so, dass das Gasfüllventil (Abb. B 5) nach
oben zeigt.
Drücken Sie das Ende des Gasflaschenventils mit dem erforderlichen
Adapter gegen das Mikrobrennerventil. Es dauert ungefähr 5 Sekunden,
um den Behälter zu füllen.
Eine deutliche Verringerung der Größe der Flamme der Mikroplatte oder
ihr vollständiges Verschwinden bedeutet kein Gas (Abb. B 3).
Brennerstart (Abb. B 2)
Drehen Sie den Gasventilknopf des Mikrobrenners um 1/4 Umdrehung
gegen den Uhrzeigersinn (Sie werden ein charakteristisches Zischen von
austretendem Gas hören).
Richten Sie die Mikrobrennerdüse vor sich aus.
Zünden Sie das aus der Brennerdüse kommende Gas. Einstellbare
Flammengröße und -temperatur. Der Gasventilknopf ist verstellbar
Flammengröße und Temperatur.
Um die Flamme und Temperatur zu reduzieren, drehen Sie den Knopf
gegen den Uhrzeigersinn. Durch Drehen im Uhrzeigersinn werden
Flamme und Temperatur entsprechend erhöht (Abb. B 1)
Flammenlöschung
Drehen Sie den Gasventilknopf gegen den Uhrzeigersinn in die äußerste
Position, wir unterbrechen die Gaszufuhr zur Düse, was zum
Flammenausfall führt.
UMWELTSCHUTZ
Das Produkt darf nicht mit dem Hausmüll entsorgt werden, sondern
muss in geeigneten Einrichtungen entsorgt werden. Das nicht recycelte
Produkt stellt eine potenzielle Gefahr für die Umwelt und die
menschliche Gesundheit dar.
