Before Use

Assembly

1.AssembletheSupportColumns(2)byslidingtheendsintotheVerticalConnectors(5)(Fig.I)until4

x Support Column assemblies have been produced. Slide the tabs in the Vertical Connectors into the

Support Column

Note: Itmaybenecessarytoaskforassistancewhenconnectingcomponents.Ifnecessary,securethelargest

component using a vice or similar, and tap the smaller component using a rubber mallet (not provided)

asshowninFig.II.Ifyouarehavingdifcultyaligningandinsertingthetabs,prythetabsintherequired

directionusingaatheadscrewdriver(Fig.III).

Note: For steps 2 – 7, refer to Fig. IV & V.

2.ConnecttwooftheSupportColumnassembliestogetherusing5xShortHorizontalSupport(4).Evenly

space the supports along the length of the Support Columns. The bottom Horizontal Support should be

positionedslightlyinsetfromtheendoftheSupportColumn

3. Attach 4 x End Stops to the bottoms of the Support Columns

4.PositionthetwoSupportColumnassembliesontotheirsidesinpreparationforintegration

5.ConnecttheSupportColumnstogetherusingtheLongHorizontalSupports(3),ensuringtheyare

perpendicular to the Short Horizontal Supports. Repeat this for all the remaining Long Horizontal

Supports

6.Attachthe5xCentreHorizontalSupports(7)betweenalltheLongHorizontalSupports

7. Attach 4 x End Stops to the tops of the Support Columns

8. Position the shelving unit upright onto the End Stops

9.InserttheShelves(1)intotheshelvingunitassembly,andrestthemuponthehorizontalsupportsas

showninFig.VI

verticaux(5)(Fig.I)demanièreàobtenir4montantslongs.Faitespénétrerdanslesmontantsles

languettes situées sur les raccords verticaux.

Remarque : Ilestpossiblequevousayezbesoindel’aided’uneautrepersonnelorsdel’assemblage.

Aubesoin,xezl’élémentdeplusgrandetailleàl’aided’unétauoudispositifsimilaireetappliquezles

élémentsdepluspetitetailleenvousaidantd’unmailletdecaoutchouc(nonfourni)commeindiquéen

2.Raccordezdeuxmontantslongsàl’aidede5traversescourtes(4).Espacezrégulièrementlestraverses

surtoutelalongueurdesmontants.Latraversedubasdoitêtredisposéelégèrementplushautquele

bas des montants longs.

3. Fixez 1 butée au pied de chacun des 4 montants longs.

4.Placezlesdeuxensemblesdemontantssurlecôté,espacésl’undel’autre,enpréparationdurestedu

montage.

5.Raccordezlesdeuxensemblesdemontantsàl’aidedestraverseslongues(3)enveillantàcequ’elles

soient parfaitement perpendiculaires aux traverses courtes.

6.Fixezles5traversescentrales(7)àchaqueniveau,entredeuxtraverseslongues.

7.Fixezles4autresbutéesàl’extrémitésupérieuredechaquemontantlong.

8.Mettezlesétagèresdeboutenlesplaçantsurlesbutéesdubas.

9.Disposezunetablette(1)àchaqueniveauconstituéparlestraverseshorizontales,delamanièreillustrée

en Fig. VI.
