193.100.008- Multi vegetable slicer/shredder set with glass
container, ‘PRO GLASS’ TAVIALO.
1.Assignment:
A vegetable cutter or grater is a kitchen tool designed to chop
or slice vegetables and other foods. Their main functions
include:
-Slicing. Vegetables can be cut into thin or thick slices, strips.
-Grating. Grinding food into small pieces or shavings, such as
carrots, cheese or potatoes.
-Time saving. Allows you to quickly prepare ingredients for
salads, soups, stews and other dishes.
-Uniformity of cutting. Provides uniform slices, which is
important for aesthetics and even cooking.
The vegetable slicer helps you prepare fries, salads,
Mediterranean dishes, sauces, etc. The grater is ideal for cutting
slices, grating cheese, courgette chips, etc.
2. Main parameters of the tool:
The main advantages of the TAVIALO vegetable slicer are:
-The container for collecting chopped vegetables is made of
heat-resistant glass and has a volume of 1.5 litres. It is suitable
for use in microwaves, ovens (for baking at temperatures up to
400°C) and freezers (for freezing food at temperatures down to
-18°C). You can do all the steps in one container - prepare, bake
and serve. It can also store all the parts included in the set when
not in use.
-Comes with 8 interchangeable blade attachments for cutting
vegetables/fruits. The metal parts are made of stainless steel,
so they stay sharp for a long time.
-The top plastic parts and the glass container are dishwasher
safe.
-It is equipped with a heat-resistant silicone mat that is
designed to fit the glass container. The mat prevents the glass
jar from slipping when cutting vegetables and provides
additional protection against mechanical damage. The silicone
mat can also be used to protect the surface from hot dishes.

3. Safety precautions when working with the tool:
Blades are extremely sharp, handle with care and keep out of
the reach of children!
3.1. When working with the vegetable slicer and shredder, it is
important to observe the safety instructions to avoid injury.
Wear protective equipment to avoid contact between your
fingers and the blades. Cut-resistant gloves can be used for
additional hand protection.
3.2. Make sure that the vegetable cutter or grater is firmly
placed on the surface and does not slip during operation.
3.3. Take your time, especially when working with sharp blades.
Chop the food gradually to avoid injury.
3.4. When washing, hold on to non-edged parts and do not use
too much force to avoid cutting yourself.
3.5. If vegetables are round or unstable, cut one side first to
make the product more stable on the grater or vegetable slicer.
3.6. After use, always put the vegetable slicer or grater in a safe
place, out of the reach of children.
3.7. Clean all blades under running water immediately after use
to extend the life of the blades and keep them sharp for a long
time.
3.8. Always place the glass container on the wire rack, never
place it directly on the bottom of the oven or stove.
3.9. Use gloves or a cloth to remove the glass container from
the oven - there is a risk of burns!
3.10. Do not pour cold liquid into a hot glass container, as this
may damage it. Also, never pour boiling liquid into a cold glass
container. Always heat the container together with the
contents.
3.11. Work slowly and slowly.
3.12. Not intended for use by children.
3.13. Use the tool only for its intended purpose.
3.14. Before each use, check the tool for chips, cracks or wear.
3.15. If the tool has been physically impacted, deformed or
worn during use, further use may result in injury. The tool must
not be used again.

4. Preparation of the tool for use:

5. How to use:
Use a vegetable cutter:
Important: Ensure that the vegetable cutter attachment is
correctly installed with the ‘THIS SIDE UP’ label facing up.
1. Place the glass container (1) on the silicone mat (9) (see Fig.
1).
2. Place the base of the vegetable slicer (3) on the container (1).
3. Open the lid of the vegetable slicer (4), select the attachment
(17 or 18) and insert it into the base (3).
4. Place the food on the centre of the vegetable slicer blade (17
or 18) with the flat or larger side down (see Fig. 2).
5. Press the lid (4) on the surface with both hands to cut the
food (see Fig. 3).
6. Use the cleaning scraper (7) to clean any excess or food
residue on the vegetable slicer push rod (5) (see Fig. 4).
