INTRODUCTION

The VIP-428A-IC InformaCast Compliant PoE IP

Speaker with Square Faceplate enables voice

access to a single zone of paging over an IP-based

LAN/WAN. This allows a page zone extension

anywhere on the network. The faceplate is made of

steel with a durable white powder coated nish.

The color of the faceplate can easily be changed to

match any decor. Power is provided to the

VIP-428A- via a Power over Ethernet (PoE) IC

switch meeting the 802.3af specification.
