luminaires electrical systems. If not qualied, do not attempt installation. Contact a qualied

input rating of the retrot kit does not exceed the input rating of the lumenaire.

• To avoid damage, falling, electric shock or re, do not modify the lamp or replace

accessories without conrming with the supplier rst.

• Only authorized, licensed electrician should install this lamp and should follow

the owner’s manual. Any improper installation might cause failure,

electric shock, re or other injury, damage or hazard.

• Disconnect power before installation or any maintenance of the lamp.

• Do not alter the lamp without the supplier’s authorization.

• Do not make or alter any open holes in an enclosure of wiring or electrical

components during kit installation.

• Do not touch the power supply when the lamp is operating.

• Suitable for use in enclosed luminaires.

• Minimum lamp compartment dimensions: 13.5in (Dia.) x 12in (High) models S23112, S23113.

• Minimum lamp compartment dimensions: 16.5in (Dia.) x 13in (High) models S23114, S23115.

• This device is not intended for use with emergency exits.

a person familiar with the construction and operation of the product and the hazards involved.

STEP 1: Remove the existing

lamp. Remove existing

ballast, capacitor

and ignitor (if applicable).

STEP 2: Make sure the alternating

current wires connect to the

socket directly. Connect the

live wire (line hot) to the center

connection of the lamp holder.

Connect the line neutral (common)

to the side connection of the lamp

holder. Connect incoming ground

wire (ground) to xture ground wire

(ground).

STEP 3: Screw the LED lamp into

the corresponding socket. Attach

the provided eld-applied label to

the luminaire where readily visible

by the user during relamping.

STEP 4: Adjust dimming knob

to desired illumination level.

NOTE: Only use the control

provided with or specied by

these instructions to control

this lamp. This lamp will

not operate properly when

connected to a standard

(incandescent) dimmer or

dimming control.
