Der robuste und industrietaugliche EX 12270HMS ist ein USB 3.2 Gen 2x1 Metall Hub für bis - -
zu zehn Endgeräte, der an der Wand oder auf einer Hutschiene montiert werden kann. Er wird
über ein USB C Kabel mit dem Host PC verbunden und verfügt über zehn USB C 3.2 Gen 2x1 - - -
Ports für Endgeräte mit einer hervorragenden Performance von bis zu 10 Gbit/s (SuperSpeed
USB 10Gbps). Über die externe Stromversorgung können bei einer Maximalleistung von 79.5
Watt bis zu 2.4 A pro Port zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Dies ermöglicht das problemlose
Aufladen von iPhone, iPad, Smartphone und Tablet. Die Stromversorgung erfolgt über das
mitgelieferte Steckernetzteil oder ein optional erhältliches DIN Rail Netzteil (Self Power).- -
HARDWARE INSTALLATION
DRIVER INSTALLATION
Because there are large differences between PC s, we can give you only a general installation ’
guide for the EX 12270HMS. Please refer your computer s reference manual whenever in -’
doubt.
1. - -Install the EX 12270HMS on a mounting rail by using the DIN Rail Kit or on the wall using
the Wall Mounting Brackets.
2. Connect the USB 3.2 Gen 2x1 cable with the USB 3.2 Gen 2x1 Upstream C Port at the EX- -
12270HMS.
4. Now connect the power connector of the supplied power supply to the DC socket of the
hub or connect a compatible DIN Rail power supply to the terminal block. Then plug the -
mains plug of the power supply unit into a wall socket.
5. Now connect the other end from the USB 3.2 Gen 2 cable (C Plug) to the USB C Port at - -
your PC.

Only for use with the power supply included in the
scope of delivery or another compliant power supply!
ATTENTION!
Please pay attention to the correct polarity!
Never connect power to GND it will destroy your
Hardware!
Never connect the power supply to the terminal block
while it is switched on!
Redundant power supply is possible by simultaneous use of DC Connector and Terminal -
Block. Both power supplies must use the same voltage!
