Please Note:

• This Kuzco LED fixtures comes with pre-wired LED module(s)

• Unless instructed, Do Not touch any part of the LED module(s) as any unnecessary

contact with the module could cause permanent damage

• For dimming, an ELV (Electronic Low Voltage) or TRIAC type of dimmer is required

• 120V input

• Make sure is POWERCOMPLETELY OFF at the fuse box

• Have your fixture installed by a qualified licensed electrician

• Prepare everything in a clear area

• Wear gloves at all times during this installation

• Read instructions carefully before you start assembly

• Keep this installation sheet for future reference

1. Remove fixture from its original package

2. Separate mounting plate from canopy (1c)(2a)

by removing canopy screws (2b)

3. Attach mounting plate to electrical junction box (1c)(1a)

using junction box screws provided in hardware (1e)

package

4. Make proper electrical connections ( to “L”, blackhot

white to “N”, to with wire nuts neutralground“GND”)

(1b) provided in hardware package and then place

driver inside canopy (4a)(2a)

5. Attach mounting barrel to mounting surface with (3c)

screw (3b)

6. Attach canopy to mounting plate with canopy (2a)(1c)

screws (2b)

7.Secure fixture into the mounting barrelwith (5a) (3c)

spring loaded wall clip to secure to mounting (3a)

surface

8. Rotate fixture arms into desired position(3d)
